Belle emplacement bien situé facile d’accès pour les transports. Je recommande vivement cette place.

We spent 3 weeks in the apartment in February and had a great time. Very close to the river and easy walking distance to the main locations in Seville. Apartment had all the home comforts (bed linen could do with updating and slight drain smell on occasions) with good heating system for the cooler evenings. We would stay here again.

o espaço é tal qual como descrito. as fotos correspondem à realidade. ficámos apenas uma noite, mas foi ótimo para conhecer os principais espaços atrativos de Sevilha. A casa fica a 10 minutos de carro da estação de metro Bas Infante, que tem estacionamento gratuito. optámos por deixar o nosso carro na estação de metro, tal como sugerido por Elena. foi uma ótima opção, pois assim, foi possível palmilhar por Sevilha sem problema. recomendo o espaço de Elena

Excellent convenient location; clean apartment; quick response from host; quiet at night because apartment is located in a courtyard with business that opens only during the day and behind another apartment.

El alojamiento es fantástico, todo muy tranquilo y limpio. La piscina esta muy limpia, y esta genial para darte un chapuzón y tomar el sol. Dirk, es una persona muy servicial, simpatico y educado. Recomiendo este lugar, es un lugar fantástico para desconectar. Sin duda volveremos. Muchas gracias por todo! Un saludo.

Wir haben uns bei Marta sehr wohl gefühlt & hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Sevilla. Der Check-In war etwas aufwändiger aber verständlich & sinnvoll, sodass der Zugang zu Unterkunft leicht war. Die Lage ist top, es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos, geräumig & mit allen Details ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen! :)

Genial, buena ubicación, servicios cerca y sobretodo, transporte publico a mano, piso amplio y perfecto para ir con amigos o familia.

Het verblijf bij Manuel en Beatriz was heerlijk! Foto’s komen overeen en er niks gelogen. Manuel is erg perfectionistisch en alle dingen die je vraagt worden meteen opgepakt. Ook denken ze met je mee voor eventuele tips in de omgeving. Het cocktailzwembad is heerlijk en fijn voor kleine kinderen. Onze dochter van ruim 1 jaar oud vond het geweldig! Wij komen volgend jaar graag weer terug!

Parfait ! La maison est très agréable, calme, encore plus grande qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Matelas confortables, douche à jets, cadeau de bienvenue ... Nous avons été reçus comme des rois! Oscar est extrêmement réactif, et attentionné pour ses hôtes. Nous avons séjourné dans cette location lors de la grande coupure d'électricité en Espagne, Oscar et Lissu sont venus voir si tout se passait bien et si nous n'avions besoin de rien. Merci encore !

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

Pedro estuvo pendiente a nuestra llegada y se puso en contacto el día antes, no hubo ningún problema y vino para mostrarnos la casa, que está muy bien acondicionada, tiene unas terrazas muy acogedoras y muy bonitas para el verano poder pasar en ellas las tardes de verano. En la cocina tiene todo lo necesario, puedes preparar un desayuno, una comida y también están muy cerca tiendas, supermercados, panaderas, bares, etc. Pedro es una persona muy activa y muy responsable y en cualquier momento puedes ponerte en contacto con él para que te aclare cualquier duda, que siempre está disponible, fuimos por tres días y la verdad es que quedamos muy contentos con todo y esperamos poder repetir, ya que está cerca de otros pueblos a los cuales también puedes ir y que Pedro te va aconsejar muy bien. Esto es para ti Pedro, muchas gracias por todo hemos quedado muy contentos y esperamos volver a verte algún día , un fuerte abrazo y gracias por tu atención.

Fin de semana en familia genial, aunque el tiempo no acompañara. a destacar diría que para acceder a la casa hay una cuesta bastante empinada para subir con el coche y que las habitaciones no tienen persianas, con lo que al amanecer entraba toda la luz e impedía seguir durmiendo. Por lo demás todo genial, casas muy acogedoras y un entorno en el campo de paz y tranquilidad

Antonio is a great host! Very kind and responsive and offered a bunch of suggestions for places to eat and visit. I would highly recommend this incredible place!

We are so grateful for our stay and for having Aguasanta as a host. She was very welcoming and easy to communicate with if we needed something. The views were stunning, and the home was so relaxing, quiet, and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway for myself and my husband. Definitely need a car to access. Overall, we are so happy with our stay and are coming out of it well rested!

Excellent emplacement, logement très agréable, propre, et calme malgré la proximité avec une grande place vivante le soir (très sympa !). Nous avons visité Séville à pieds du logement. Terrasse top! Le parking en sous sol est un très gros avantage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Miguel très réactif en cas de besoin, merci !

Absolutes Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit traumhaft schönem Blick über die Stadt. Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

hermoso lugar con encanto y tranquilidad. toda la experiencia fue perfecta. muy recomendable para desconectar, descansar y recargar pilas.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eva's. It was pouring rain the entire time I was there, so I can only imagine how much better the large private courtyard entry and rooftop with pool would have been if it had been sunny and warm! Eva is wonderful! Friendly, welcoming and communicative. Her home is very unique and feels very private and spacious, with super high ceilings and lots of windows downstairs. The guest bedroom and bathroom are at the top of the stairs. One has to cross the hall to use the bathroom; it's for your sole use and is very large by Spanish standards with a big shower and double sinks. The bedroom had a new mattress which I found very comfortable and good closet space. When I go back to Sevilla I will definitely stay with Eva again if her room is available. (Oh, and Kiko, her little white dog is adorable). I had a very positive experience.

Ana was a great host who was proactive in all the needs of her guests. Definitely worth the price and a great location within Seville.
