L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos et description de l’annonce. Il est proche du centre et à la fois situé à la bordure permettant une tranquillité. Tout est accessible à pied . Vous pouvez laisser votre véhicule dans la place de parking ( parking de l’immeuble souterrain très sûr mais peut être pas pour des gros véhicules.. nous sommes venus en golf et s’était parfait ) . L’hôte est très accueillante et donné plusieurs conseils utiles. C’est un de nos meilleurs airbnb que nous avons loué jusqu’à présent ! Et Séville est magnifique !

This studio apartment was super clean, had everything you needed. Was in a quiet location but easy access to everywhere within a small walk. The host was very hospitable and always responded, not that I needed to contact him for any problems. We also visited their breakfast recommendation

We had an amazing time at Carlo’s apartment. it was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. My wife especially appreciated the conditioner, the body cream, and the makeup remover. The outdoor patio was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Seville!

Hello, I highly recommend José Abraham's apartment. It can sleep up to 5 people, but we were three. There is a car park, 4 minutes walk away. There is a place to park the car while you unload your luggage. The apartment is in a top location and the center is 8 minutes walk away. Big, spacious, with all the necessary amenities. All the photos in the ad corresponded 100% to reality. Abraham is a great person. Very polite and helpful. He answered all questions quickly. The instructions for the apartment are written in a simple way and in my opinion anyone can easily handle it. If I travel to Seville again, I will definitely sleep in Abraham's apartment again. Thank you!

excellent hosts, perfect location, good value for money. Worth mentioning the staircase up to the sleeping area which could be an issue for people with mobility issues (just something to be aware of)

Host provided pro-active, detailed instructions that made the arrival much easier. Apartment was clean and modern with good light. Stairs may be tough for older guests. Host answered all questions very quickly and made the stay very pleasant. The location is very convenient for many restaurants and walking distance to all the highlights. I recommend without hesitation.

Excellent endroit où loger à Séville! L’appartement est parfaitement situé, tout est accessible à pied rapidement. Daniel est très accueillant et nous donne ses recommandations pour profiter au mieux de la ville.

L'appartement est propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Il est situé dans une ruelle calme, à proximité de beaucoup de commerces et de cafés/restaurants. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Nacho mais la communication avec lui a été très facile. Il est extrêmement réactif et sympathique L'arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie, ce qui est pratique en cas d'arrivée tardive ou de départ matinal comme cela a été notre cas. Enfin le chauffeur de taxi recommandé par Nacho était efficace et fiable !

we lived our stat in this apartment. it was in a quiet street but easily walkable to the main sites of the city. the outdoor space was an added bonus and allowed us to relax and enjoy some April sunshine. Susanah was very responsive and easy to communicate with, giving us lots of great recommendations.

Had a great stay in Seville! This location is incredible. Beautiful, walkable streets right by the cathedral and a number of amazing restaurants. Instructions were easy, and the place was clean and a good fit for my family of 6. Would stay here again.

Prachtig appartement, compleet uitgerust en schoon. Locatie is geweldig en we konden al om 11 uur naar binnen, dus dat was mooi meegenomen. Aanrader!

El alojamiento precioso, luminoso, todo muy ordenado, olía a limpio que daba gusto, super bien equipado, no nos faltó de nada, valoramos mucho la flexibilidad con la salida y la rapidez de sus respuestas en todo momento. Miguel ha sido muy amable , nos dió instrucciones para aparcar por el centro cosa que agradecimos mucho. Recomiendo 100%

El Departamento y enseres estaban impecables, todo muy limpio y ordenado, muy bien ubicado, cerca de unos Restaurantes donde se podía desayunar y cenar. La atención de Raquel fue excelente, sin duda un buen lugar para hospedarse

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

Absolutely spectacular attica apartment. Sofia's warm welcome made us feel at home from the very first moment. Everything is within walking distance and yet quiet. Sofia is very helpful and knows her way around as a local. One of the best Airbnb locations I've been to so far. Highly recommended!

Vi hade en underbar visit! Boendet var mysigt, hade allt vi behövde och vi sov jättegott varje natt. Det var nära till butiker, restauranger och sevärdheter. Värdarna var lätta att få tag på och svarade snabbt varje gång vi skrev. Vi fick uppleva en once in a lifetime experience att all ström i hela landet försvann i cirka 10 timmar, Thomas kom då till oss för att kolla läget och ge oss stearinljus för kvällen vilket var väldigt uppskattat och snällt!

L’appartement d’Arman est un peu vieux et mériterait un petit coup de jeune. Cependant, nous nous y sommes vite habitués et il a des qualités très appréciables, il est formidablement bien placé, à distance de marche de tout ce qui est intéressant à Séville. Et sa plus belle qualité c’est Arman, probablement l’hôte le plus réactif, efficace et sympa de toutes mes expériences sur Airbnb. En outre, il m’a donné le meilleur conseil pour Séville que je transmets aux futurs locataires : ne prenez pas de voiture ! Se garer est impossible, les rues sont minuscules et tou est à proximité.

Lovely place, on 4 floors with beautiful marble flooring throughout. Maria Aurora was very helpful when we arrived at the property, responding quickly to queries. The space was clean and comfortable, the facilities were good. The hot tub was great, after a day exploring Seville. Easy walking to all the major sights, supermarkets, great bars and fabulous restaurants. Thank you.
