We had such a wonderful stay in Luray! We came for the caverns and the mountains and loved every bit of it. The home was clean and exactly as the pictures showed. There were tons of board games to play with the kids and ample room to cook and hang. The home was in walkable distance to everything in the town and located on a quiet and adorable little street. When we needed something, the host was very quick to respond! That was huge. All in all, a great stay!

Place was lovely and exactly as listed. Spacious , great views, clean and lots of DVDs and board games. Highly recommend staying here!

The setting of the home was breathtaking!!! The mountain was beautiful and the open patio was perfect to see the moon and stars at night! We were thinking there was too little light on the patio when we arrived but we know now it’s intentional. The home was spacious and had everything we could have needed. Hot tub was amazing and we can’t wait to return to Lost City!!

This place was amazing! We are so grateful to have stayed here. The hosts are unbelievable people and very thoughtful. Worth every penny and we can’t wait to return again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Airbnb was extremely clean. Chastity was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again when visiting Luray!

This was our 3rd time spending Spring Break at this amazing house. It is the perfect spot for a big family to spend time together. The game room, kayaks, and land is fantastic and you feel so far away from everything. at the same time, there are grocery stores, restaurants, and shops only 10 minutes away. ❤️ It is the perfect spot!

Location is great if you want to balance the distance between the park, carvern and the restaurants. The house is spacious, large functional kitchen and dinning room, 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, by the way great showers. nice backyard, kids enjoyed the swing and a little sand play at the end of the day. we did not use the grill or hot tub, but they certainly looked nice. fast responding hosts. I had Amazon order dilevered with a breeze. will recommend to friends.

This was among the best AirBnBs we’ve experienced. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of effort, care, and money into the design, amenities, and little touches. Not only is it beautiful, but there are also so many thoughtful touches that make it very comfortable. The views from the deck and living area are beautiful. Location is great for Shenandoah National Park, Luray, hikes, breweries, wineries, etc. Hosts were very responsive and seemed to genuinely want us to have a good stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Cindy's place was very peaceful and relaxing. My husband and I felt right at home. The decor was bright & cheery. The kitchen had everything we needed. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is, our time there was too short! We would definitely like to return for a longer stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Very cute apartment easily accessed from Interstate 81. It fronts on Rt 11, which seems to get a lot of truck traffic at night, but the bedroom is on the back and is quiet. We were in the area for family business and wish we had longer just to explore the area. When we come back to Mt. Jackson, we will definitely try to book this apartment or another of Donna and Robert’s rentals.

We loved staying here while visiting our college student in Front Royal. Location was great, snacks were very thoughtful and coffee options were nice. There was Kuerig, Nespresso, and a french press. Cute decor. Thank you for the hospitality, will visit here again.

Robert's retreat is exactly what our family needed to get away from our ticky-tacky suburban lifestyle. Our dog could run free as could our kids. Yes it was colder/wetter than we hoped and being from the south put as at odds with nature but we enjoyed the wonderful wide open out doors in small sprints. From walking the hanging foot bridge over and over to teaching my girls to cast and reel their first rod. We lit a fire the first night and the negative ions had the effect i had hoped for. My kids read and relaxed for bedtime. Robert is the epitome of "hospitality " always a few minutes away via chat to answer questions and provide guidance. I did learn that the Airbnb policy indicates that it is incumbent on the renter to provide their own firewood. Robert was gracious enough to supply wood for our first night but something you should consider logistically if staying more than a day during winter. We look forward to enjoying Robert's retreat again. Clan Milligan

Very cute and comfortable. Right in downtown. everything is very convenient walkable to restaurants. even though it's downtown, there really isn't a lot of traffic noise. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very cozy and clean. The pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom and shower were a bit smaller than we expected, but overall it was a nice visit for a weekend away, close to Bryce Resort.

This was the perfect house for our family of 3! It was within walking distance of several good breakfast/lunch/dinner spots. It was a bit further from Shenandoah that I thought - 30 min - but the drive was very easy. The keypad to get inside the house was a bit finnicky but we eventually got the hang of it. The McGraths were very friendly and responsive and provided some great recommendations. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

We had a great stay! Peter was very responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. From the extra linens, the disposable silverware and cutlery, pens and notebooks, multiple surge protectors, playing cards, and a drying rack - they thought of everything we could possibly need. Right in Basye - our kids enjoyed the $5 per person per day for the nearby activity center pool. We enjoyed the putt putt at Smiley’s, a great meal at The Burn Barrel, the riverside playground, several hikes and runs around the lake. Our favorite local sites were the Shenandoah Cavern and Woodstock Tower. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a very nice stay in the condo! It is easy to get to and has a beautiful view of Lake Laura off the back porch. It is spacious and very nicely furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. Our 3-year-old enjoyed the books, toys, and bunk bed. In all, a modern and comfortable experience for our family of 3 - highly recommend!

Very clean, nicely furnished b&b. Beds were comfortable too. The views out the window were lovely in fall with the changing leaves. We found the stay peaceful and quiet. The apartment had everything we needed. It was a little light on supplies (e.g. detergent pods, shampoo and conditioner) but we had brought our own supplies so it wasn’t an issue.

The place does have an excellent view, and the location is perfect. It’s under 30 min from a lot of great trails, and even the immediate area is lovely to explore. The one thing I will say is that the condo is on the older side, so don’t expect fresh, new appliances. Nonetheless, everything (including the heating) works flawlessly. Patricia and Tracy were very responsive and very helpful, ready to help with whatever I needed. Another important note is all the hills, in that the condos around here are all literally built into them. Be prepared to walk uphill and put stress on your car. Other than that, there’s nothing I would change.

Just a quick overnight stay so we didn’t get to do much. The place was clean and the beds were comfy.

Perfect location for the slopes. Ok, you don’t get the view of them from the condo but the ground/first floor location is so worth it!
