Super ausgestattetes Flusshaus mit grosser und wunderschöner Terasse. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Strandbett, die Fahrräder, das SUP und die vielen Utensilien zum Kochen (inklusive Bialetti usw zum Kaffee machen!). Klimaanlage im Wohn- und zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das Haus muss bei Ankunft erst selbst etwas eingerichtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausserordentlich gut: Stets erreichbar, viele gute Informationen und Empfehlungen und sehr sympathisch! Danke Jü! 😊

Wir sind als Gruppe von insgesamt 7 Freunden nach Velipoja gereist. Der Verkehr in der Hauptsaison vom Flughafen in Tirana nach Velipoja is etwas herausfordernd, aber unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Verkehrssituation in Albanien in Ordnung. Das Haus war optimal. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass es 3 Klimaanlagen gab und auch die Außenküche und deren Ausstattung war perfekt. Bei uns war aber leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ansonsten hat uns Serkiz sehr geholfen, vor allem bei einem Problem mit der Airline, die den Koffer eines Freundes fälschlicherweise nach Polen geflogen hat. Auch die Empfehlungen unseres Gastgebers waren hilfreich bei der Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs. Sei es Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, da das Haus abseits der zentralen Touristenregion von Velipoja liegt, alle Restaurants, Bars und der Strand aber dennoch binnen 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten.

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Lage und Aussicht über die Umgebung waren wunderschön. Dank Klimaanlage und grandiosem Pool konnte man auch bei über 40 Grad Sommertage angenehm überstehen. Eindeutige Empfehlung!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Alma war perfekt. Dank ihrer Wegbeschreibung haben wir problemlos Hingefunden und die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ihre Eltern haben uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und waren die ganze Zeit erreichbar und haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und extra Spielsachen für die Kinder bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und mitten im Grünen, direkt am Strand und trotzdem ist man schnell in den umliegenden Orten und hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Besonders für einen Urlaub mit Kindern ist sie perfekt. Wir können Almas Unterkunft nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen und sind sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit die wir dort verbringen konnten.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Great central location but still somewhat quiet. Large outdoor area with views of the beach and outdoor seating. Rooms were nice and kitchen equipped with what we needed. High quality pack and play supplied for our little one. Thank you.

Apartament jest bardzo blisko morza (2-3 minuty pieszo), duży wybór restauracji, sklepów, bezpłatny parking pod blokiem. Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony, w sam raz na pobyt wakacyjny. Polecam!

I will try every time when I go there to book the same place with the same people. They just make me feel very welcoming and they were taking care of me. Give me a very clear instruction with the restaurants and bars in the area basically they made me feel at home

Ottima esperienza presso l'appartamento di Raffaele, host preciso e sempre reattivo. L'appartamento è sul lungomare di Shengjin ed è esattamente di fronte al mare così come si vede in foto, arredato in maniera moderna e dotato di tutti i confort necessari per un soggiorno anche lungo. Nonostante il periodo non ho patito il freddo dato che c'erano 2 condizionatori nell'appartamento. Consigliato vivamente!!! Grazie e a presto.

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

Our stay was an excellent experience. The Altina apartment is very cozy and the best thing is that it is 30 seconds from the pool and 1 minute from the beach. Altina is also very attentive and always tried to help us.

Staying here and having Jelena as a host truly feels like the original days when Airbnb first launched…Jelena was so helpful from pre check-in all the way to check-out. Answered all of my questions and provided anything I could have needed during my stay. I truly felt at home. Not the mention the proximity to the beach and grocery store! Ernad ist ein sehr angenehmer und fröhlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und auf die Berge. Zudem hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
