The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

The second bedroom is a double with a family bathroom. On site parking, secure bike store, private garden, log burner and your pet is welcome for a small extra cleaning charge.

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. The location is also ideal for exploring the superb walking and cycling trails the Lincolnshire Wolds has to offer.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
