This 520 square foot studio apartment is very private and has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay in our peaceful town. Walk to the grocery store or hop in your car for a quick drive to wineries. Stay and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or have an outdoor BBQ under the pergola.

We are centrally located in downtown Ballard. Walk or bike to Lincourt, Rideau, Buttonwood, and more. The town of Los Olivos is approx. 2 miles away, a nice, easy bike ride or a short drive. Take a moment to view our posted guidebook for several local dining options, and Bob's Well Bread is within walking distance for breakfast or lunch (open Thurs thru Monday). And of course, we're happy to make recommendations for dining options upon request.

The two-bedroom one-bath cottage is located halfway between Solvang and the quaint town of Los Olivos. Stroll remote country lanes and enjoy views of rolling hills and the nearby goats, llamas and horses!

So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.
