Nous avons passé un séjour excellent! La villa est superbe et l’accueil est très amical. Emplacement calme et gardé, à deux pas de la plage. Je recommande!

Logement loin du tumulte de la ville, il est bien équipé. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, la présence de la piscine en été doit être très agréable.

Feriel et son mari sont des personnes très sympathique accueillant et chaleureux. Étant sans logement a la dernière minute à cause d une autre hôte , Feriel nous a louer le jour même son logement et nous a accompagnée au téléphone jusqu’à notre arriver. La maison est spacieuse tout à disposition avec une belle piscine devant . Si vous souhaitez un bon moment de détente au calme je vous conseille de louer . Merci à vous feriel à très bientôt .

Très bon séjour, appartement cosi, très calme. Emplacement idéal tout est à proximité, de la plage, Carthageland, médina, restaurant. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied. Terrasse agréable sans vis à vis. L’ équipement de l appartement est parfait tout y est comme à la maison. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions de Meryem pour notre arrivé. Petits gâteaux ( délicieux au passage) et de quoi cuisiner le premier repas et petit déjeuner. Se fut très agréable de ne pas courir au supermarché à notre arrivé, même si celui ci est à 10 min à pieds. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances chez Meryem. Je vous recommande ce petit coin de paradis.

La piscine était nettoyée régulièrement, la maison était propre. Nous recommandons cette maison en espérant y revenir un jour. À très bientôt.

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Une villa haut de gamme dans un quartier résidentiel. Superbe jardin bien aménagé avec piscine, cuisine bien équipée, de très grands espaces et communication facile avec Amira.

Flat is very new, clean, good location and Ela was very helpful and responsive.

è un appartamento per due persone se proprio si vuole forzare anche un bebè ci starebbe in un residence con tanto di sorveglianza 24/7 un quartiere pulito a 5 minuti da medina hammamet e un quarto d'ora dalla città di hammamet c'è tutto ciò che si aspetta un turista i taxi vanno e vengono in continuazione tutto l'anno se non si ha un mezzo proprio non si riscontrano grandi problemi, la casa è molto con una bella terrazza e una camera da letto molto adorabile lo consiglio vivamente!!!

Le logement de Dora et impeccable, le lieu et paisible à 10, 15 minutes de tout les endroits à visiter, nous avons facilement trouver des taxis sur la route principale à côté du logement. Vraiment cool. Merci Dora.

2 semaines passées dans le logement fonctionnel de Amine qui s’est montré très réactif lorsque nécessaire. Super emplacement , proches de toutes commodités à pieds : piscines , plage , restaurants, market… Super logement pour 4 personnes , tous les équipements nécessaires sont déjà fournis en nombre important ( vaisselles, serviettes , épices pour cuisiner, papier toilette …) ; ce qui est bien pratique ! You were incredibly accommodating and maintained constant communication, which made the process seamless. The space was exactly as described, but what truly made it unforgettable was the view. Whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. You could see the mediterranean sea in the distance and it honestly felt like something out of a postcard. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have.
