The place is ideal for guests who like the benefits of being close to town and, at the same time, would like to enjoy the relative peace and quiet of a more tranquil area. Bamboo Beach and Paradise Bay are both 5 min walk away. Walking 10-15 min will take you to Kavatsite Beach in one direction and to the beginning of "the happy street" and Harmanite Beach in the other.

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
