Fantastic view and easy access—just a 6-minute drive from the city center. The house is a bit old but clean and tidy, and I love the fireplace during winter.

We had a wonderful stay - thank you Lu! The house is absolutely beautiful - so comfortable and with every detail thought through. Even though it is three stories, we felt incredibly cozy and it was so quiet we all slept so well! The games room was perfect for the children and the staggering views from the front and back verandahs of the house made it very hard to tear ourselves away. Highly recommend!

Jonathan & Julie's place was better than we expected. Everything (incl. amenities, bed, showers) was well-maintained and more spacious than the pictures listed. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Jonathan & Julie was also really responsive and generous in providing the necessary amenities and food/beverages for our stay. Arthurs' point was also out of city centre of Queenstown but still a short drive away for any shopping needs. Hence, it was a peaceful and private stay. Would recommend that anyone looking to enjoy beautiful scenery while wanting to stay near to Queenstown to book this airbnb for an enjoyable experience! Great place to stay with a group of friends for the week! Heaps of space. Very warm. Loved the spa. Easy access to the lakeside track. Loved being out of the traffic of central Queenstown!

We had a fantastic stay. Deborah was always very response to our queries both before arrival and during our stay. The place and view were stunning and offered fantastic value. I wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

My family and I had a lovely stay. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to town and walking trails. It is very spacious with a fully functional and well setup kitchen with everything needed to create a few simple meals. We particularly enjoyed the incredible views of the lake, which we enjoyed while grilling dinner one night. We would certainly stay again and recommend this to anyone else.

I stayed at David’s with my husband and mum and dad and it was perfect! Really spacious with comfy beds and lounge area and a view to die for. Catching the bus into town was only $2 and left from the end of the street, there were also restaurants and bars within walking distance which we loved. Recommend this place if you’re looking for a spacious and comfortable base to explore Queenstown from.

Cardrona Village villas (next to the Cardrona Hotel) are the best place to stay if you are doing days up on Cardrona (for either mountainbiking or skiing). Long days up on the mountain are followed up perfectly with long evenings in the pool and spa. Great location and lovely setting.

My family and I absolutely loved Kaye’s home!!! It was in the most perfect location. I loved walking down the hill right into town every morning while taking in the stunning surroundings. Truly this was one of my favorite airbnbs ever. The kitchen also felt like home with everything you could possibly need to cook!! The views from the living room/kitchen are stunning!! You will see the most incredible sunsets. Kaye really goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable at this Airbnb and it showed!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you (:

I just concluded a 4 week stay at Sun Peaks Villa. This was my second stay here and it was just as wonderful as I remembered it. The team at 'Relax It's Done' was so kind, responsive, helpful and just excellent overall. The home lives up to the photos and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Strongly recommend having a meal at the clubhouse, venturing out on the trails, and just enjoying as much time as possible out on the beautiful deck by the fire. Their property management and commitment to their guests is top notch; I'm looking forward to my next time in Queenstown and staying here or at another property this team manages.
