Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in Marijos Unterkunft! Mit 8 Personen hatten wir reichlich Platz, alles war blitzsauber und bestens ausgestattet. Marijo war ein perfekter Gastgeber – immer hilfsbereit und voller toller Tipps. Die Lage war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und die Atmosphäre war einfach wunderbar. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Marijo!

Wir waren 7 Nächte bei Borko, und es war super! Sehr ruhig, viel Platz und sehr nah zu Fuß zur sehr sehenswerten Altstadt! Parkplatz im Hof sehr wertvoll, direkt vor dem Eingang, daher sehr leichtes Auspacken. Es müssen bei der Zufahrt zur Unterkunft zwei Engstellen bewältigt werden, wir haben das mit unserem Kia ceed SW gerade so geschafft. Wir wurden von Borkos sehr lieber Schwester 200m vor der Unterkunft in Empfang genommen und durch die engen Stellen gelotst - nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank! Borko haben wir öfter persönlich getroffen, er ist sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!!

My family & I stayed here (2 adults & 3 young children) and we loved the house! We were welcomed with fresh bread and cake, and it was very clean. Everything was just as described and pictured, the pool was lovely to relax around, and the large outdoor grill and sauna were fabulous to have. We really didn't want to leave! Josip is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to any questions, including helping us with groceries due to Easter closure and providing a travel cot on request. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Zadar & surrounding area, Old Town is a short drive away, and we also travelled to Plitvice Lakes which took around 2 hours. Overall an extremely pleasant stay; clean, spacious and excellent amenities. Thankyou!

we loved our stay! The owners live right next door and were very friendly! The house is in a quite and calm rural area, but not far (by car) from shops, restaurants etc... The location is also very good to do visits close by, but also in 10min distance from the highways if you want to go further distances! The kind owners have a very big garden and kindly shared some of their fresh vegetables.

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren traumhaft. Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Personen da. Es gibt zwei getrennte Häuser. In einem haben wir Eltern geschlafen, in dem anderen unsere Kinder. Es gibt eine Boccia-Bahn mit Beleuchtung, so dass man auch spielen kann wenn es dunkel ist. Der Pool ist super und groß. Man ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und hat zwei Möglichkeiten: einmal zum kleinen Hafen des Ortes und auf der anderen Seite in eine Bucht. Auf beiden Seiten sind schöne Badestellen zu finden. Marjan ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit allen möglichen Tipps geholfen und auf Nachrichten immer sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Super chez jour chez Maja, très bel accueil par le propriétaire et sa fille. Petite appartement dans une sublime petite maison en pierre, un vrai coup de foudre pour ce logement. Nous avons passé 10 jours et sans regret, logement identique à l’annonce, propriétaire à l’écoute, rien à redire. Je recommande sans hésitation 😉 Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons.

Wir haben uns in dem alten Steinhaus, das aussen saniert und innen modernisiert wurde, sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir mochten die großzügige Terrasse mit dem phantastischen Blick über das Meer bis zu den Inseln. Der Innenbereich ist größtenteils mit wertigen Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Auch sonst lässt die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Der Schlafbereich unterm Dach wirkt gemütlich, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt gefiel uns die ruhige und sehr private Lage des Hauses. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants, die zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Uns hat das Konoba Argola (unbedingt mindestens einen Tag vorher reservieren) mit seiner schönen Terrasse am besten gefallen. Die Bergstraße mit ihren engen Haarnadelkurven ist ein wenig lästig, aber es gibt genug Ausweichmöglichkeiten entlang der Strecke, ausserdem begegnen einem nur sehr wenige bis gar keine Fahrzeuge.

Beautiful and very clean appartment. The host is very nice and always willing to help you. Our little boy had his own babybed with some very cute stuffed animals. Kitchen and bathroom extremely clean with coffee machine (coffee included) and some homemade marmelade and wine. Bathroom looks like new and includes washing machine. The area around the house is quiet and safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Mit Klimaanlage ist das Wohnzimmer auch an den kühlen Tagen gemütlich gewesen. Ich hatte übersehen, dass rauchen erlaubt ist; das riecht man als Nichtraucher. Das Wohnzimmer mit den Bildern ist gemütlich, die Küche klein, aber funktional. Aus dem Fenster sieht man nur ein Bürogebäude; es ist, für eine Stadtwohnung, ruhig. Supermarkt fußläufig, parken war, zumindest für uns, in der Nähe möglich. Danke!

Mary was extremely responsive and friendly. She gave us a very detailed introduction of the town / her recommendations when we arrived and showed us on the map exactly where we can go for sightseeing, fun beaches and delicious restaurants. I would highly consider coming back to this Airbnb - it is so peaceful and has a beautiful view of the ocean!

La casa es fantástica. Disfrutamos de la barbacoa y de paseos al atardecer paseando por la avenida marítima hasta el centro de Hvar, que se encuentra cerca. La casa estaba impecable, los muebles y la cocina en perfecto estado. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volvería a alojarme. Pjer es muy amable y contesta rápidamente si tienes alguna duda.

We had an amazing stay at Josip’s apartment! The location is incredibly convenient, situated right in the center of the old town and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We could even see the tower from the bathroom window, which was a delightful surprise. Although the stairs were a bit challenging, they were absolutely worth it for the experience. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean—like, super clean! It had everything we needed for our daily life. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung. Es war sauber und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Unsere Abende haben wir in dem Whirlpool mit tollem Ausblick ausklingen lassen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage, wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Highly recommend Petra's place and her as a host. The apartment has everything one needs for a holiday stay (even some beach towels, detergent, soap), the kitchen is well equipped and the bed was the comfiest I ever had in an Airbnb. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance as is the seaside. Petra and her parents are lovely people 💕 and provided me with a warm welcome during a late check-in at night. Communication was always very easy and comes with lots of helpful tips for the stay. All in all great choice for a stay in Zadar.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

We loved our stay. Beautiful location and great house to spend our vacation. Josipa was a great host,very accommodative and responsiveness to our queries and need. She also helped us with recommendation on places to visit, restaurants etc that was very helpful. She ensured the pool is functional even when we went a little off season. We had a great time !!

The villa was amazing! We were 7 adults and 5 kids (2 toddlers and one baby) and everyone loved it. It was really good that everyone had their own bathroom. Ivana provided us with a baby strollers so we didn't need to take our own from Finland. She also replied our messages very quickly. The pool was amazing and kitchen supplies were perfect for big group.

had a great stay at a really nice Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and looked really nice. It was perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and helpful, and gave me some good tips about the area. I really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view over the water fresh air, or quiet mornings. I’d love to stay here again! Thank you so much Again ❤️

Pobyt w tym miejscu był niesamowity! Marija i jej mąż byli bardzo pomocni, kontakt z nimi był bardzo przyjemny. Cała willa - coś pięknego! Wygląda jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach! Z całego serca polecam każdemu kto chce się zrelaksować i podziwiać piękną naturę.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Diana et son mari, la maison est vraiment très jolie et très bien équipé, idéalement situé au calme entre Split et Trogir. En plus de la qualité du logement nous avons été très bien accueilli, repas traditionnel préparé par nos hôtes ( un délice !!! ) échanges avec eux sur la vie dans leur région et même découverte des environs en petit footing matinale dans l’arrière pays avec Hrvoje.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Poesia! Despite our late arrival at 9:30 pm, Angel greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. His hospitality was exceptional—he not only gave us a thorough tour of the villa but also welcomed us with a delightful platter of cold cuts and fresh fruits, a thoughtful touch after our long journey. The villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of space to relax. The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off after our day trips. Angel continued to go above and beyond, treating us with wine, plums, and melons, which made us feel truly pampered. While the villa is a bit of a drive from Zadar and the local dining options are limited, having two cars made exploring easier. Despite this, the tranquil atmosphere and Angel's attention to detail made our stay absolutely worth it. We highly recommend Villa Poesia and would love to return!
