Matt's place was fantastic. Beautiful views, comfortable house with plenty of things to do. The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the pool is beautiful. Palm Beach has plenty to offer, but staying at the house all day was preferred. We will definitely be back.

This place was beautiful, from the moment you walked in the front gate it was nothing but excellent, facilities were everything and more, from having everything to cook a home made meal or order in within minutes, this place and its hosts are nothing short of incredible, from myself and the crew thank you for opening up your place to us. Lina was a really helpful host. We had a couple of special requests and Lina could not be more responsive and accommodating. The house is really well equipped for families and a central location to theme parks, easy freeway access, easy run to close areas like The Broadway, Surfers Paradise or further south to Burleigh and Coolangatta. We would definitely stay again. 😁

Very good host!! Clean and quiet place with all required amenities. Walkable to beaches and local restaurants. Really liked our stay and will definitely recommend to friends.

Can’t beat the location - right cross from the beach and 2 min walk to James St. Being on the ground floor and able to access the grassy area off the patio is great for young kids. Not much traffic noise either. Comfy beds.

The location of the accommodation was outstanding. The view is to die for we pretty much had the pool to ourselves and when we shared the rest of the guests were very respectful. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay.. this is the place

A beautiful stay on a serene canal, right in the heart of Broadbeach. There was a grass patch downstairs for our dog. Brad was very responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

This property is a rare example of a place being everything they said it was, on top of being a good deal. Nick, Di & Lauren made every consideration to make our visit easy and relaxing. Even down to the little touches like snacks and decor - they really went above and beyond. Thanks again - we'd love to come back in the future.

Great location, the apartment offered a modern clean space with fabulous views to Surfers and the ocean. The apartment complex had great amenities that we enjoyed especially the heated indoor pool.

Really awesome stay in beautiful location. Awesome view from that high up, close to the heart of surfers and just across the road from the beach. Definitely recommend you give this place a go.

Great apartment with lovely views of Kirra Beach. Delicious food and coffee right below apartment. Access with private lift opening straight into apartment is good. All in all a very comfortable apartment.
