Студия расположена в неперегруженном туристами районе, с хорошей доступностью к морю и основным достопримечательностям Будвы. Совсем рядом с квартирой находится гипермаркет HDL. Среди достоинств студии хочется отметить чистоту, аккуратный дизайн и ремонт, в квартире есть всё необходимое для отдыха и работы: уютный балкон, кухонный стол, удобная кровать, наличие кухонной утвари и посуды. Das war mit Abstand der schönste Urlaubsaufenthalt mit Airbnb, den ich je hatte! Wir kamen durch Schwierigkeiten bei der Einreise erst sehr spät abends an und wurden trotzdem sehr herzlich empfangen. Für uns wurde ein Abendessen gekocht, wir haben uns gut unterhalten, zusammen gelacht und uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Nicht nur die Gastgeber sind fantastische Menschen, auch das Apartment ist super und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Wenn Montenegro, dann hier!

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

the apartments are really great - it has a very nice balcony view and is literally in the middle of the city, so very convenient! the host is very responsive and easygoing :) so i would recommend it!

Lazar's place is very nice. It is the private residential house. Where you are feeling safe. And very private. It is your own big place. With two big rooms. Everything is high quality. Superb I would say. Clean. And modern. Materials and technologies used. Are amazing and top end. Such as the window systems and A/C. And fridge and so on. Everything is slick design. And was in excellent function all 90 days of stay. Flexible check in and I have been met by Lazar's amazing parents who did let me in. Also the type of materials used in the house are making it simple to clean. And also use it in the way that is perfect for property maintenance. In terms of preserving the orginal form of the presentation. There is a working desk in the bedroom. The grocery shop Voli has tons of vegan ideas and inspirations for cooking. Had zero issues with my stay. And found it is a good base to be visiting Montenegro. Thank you so much! The internet is fast also. Nice for winter stays also. Amazing. Cheers.

This air bnb I was my saviour after my first night is the worst I had ever had through Airbnb. I needed something for my remaining two nights and Nikola’s apartment was modern, clean, central and he was right there to help me when I needed it. He also helped to sort my bus ticket to my next destination when it needed printed. I am forever grateful. It is an amazing apartment, the best is huge and comfortable and I loved the shower! Definitely recommend!

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Milos was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make my first ever stay in Montenegro truly unforgettable. His warm welcome and kind nature set the tone for an amazing trip. He and his family generously shared their local knowledge, recommending incredible food places and scenic views that I would never have discovered on my own. His assistance in organizing a special wine tasting tour added an extra layer of excitement and sophistication to my experience. I am incredibly grateful for his hospitality and highly recommend Milos as a host to anyone visiting Montenegro.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Amazing place to stay. Great location in Dobrota walkable to old town and close by beaches / restaurants and lovely walks along the water front. Can’t recommend enough, the host was super friendly and flexible with check in and outs and very kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Отличный вид из окна, хорошая сантехника ( только в нашем номере не работал полотенцесушитель). Кровати, подушки удобные. Расположение и вид из окна 10\10 Сам город нам не понравился, и если бы жили не у моря - было бы совсем грустно.

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.

From the first moment our stay in apartment was just amazing. The apartment is large, clean, cozy and you can find literally everything you need and there is large terrace with a beautiful view. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and there are shops around the apartment. Marjan is really the best and the warmest host we have met and he will help you in any matter, at any time. He also helped with getting to the airport, which was a great help for us. We are very grateful for everything, thank you very much for this wonderful holiday!

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

The house itself was great but the road in was very tight and difficult to navigate.

Отдыхали с ребёнком и друзьями. Домик небольшой, но очень уютный. Мы расположились в двух комнатах на втором этаже, друзья (Мама с ребёнком) жили на первом, в итоге трое взрослых и двое детей 6 и 11 лет разместились вполне комфортно. Есть кухня в доме и на улице, мы пользовались последней, вечерами можно сидеть за столом в окружении цветущих деревьев и пить вкусное и недорогое местное вино :) Море совсем близко, берёг скальный, но если пройти чуть дальше налево от улицы, на которой стоит дом, то можно найти небольшие пляжи с хорошим входом. Море невероятно чистое, детям брали маски и вечером смотрели на рыб, это полный восторг! Мы арендовали машину в аэропорту и объехали несколько мест, но море самое интересное оказалось именно здесь :) Есть небольшой гараж для машины, что очень удобно, поскольку припарковаться на узких улочках сложно. В 10 минутах езды супермаркет, пекарни, маленький магазин с продуктами и всякими мелочами в соседнем доме, есть несколько хороших кафе. С наличием машины местоположение оказалось очень удачным- мы доехали до Бара (нового и старого ), Ульцина, Котора и даже до Шкодера приграничного Албанского города.

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!
