Located in a peaceful village between towns Zadar and Biograd, where you can find all the neccesary amenities (shops, etc.). Great location to set as a base to discover Zadar surroundings - beaches, islands, mountains, picturesque villages...

The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. There is no hot water in the house but there is sun heated outdoor showers.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.
