Your accommodation overlooks the village green, and you're less than a mile from the beach!

New Forest Cottage, a peaceful, charming haven

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the small village of Tiptoe in the New Forest. Relax in secluded tranquility, or delve into the breathtaking delights of the New Forest with gorgeous country walks, dedicated cycle paths through ancient woodland and delicious food at country pubs or cosy tea rooms. The perfect retreat from which to explore the harbour town of Christchurch, Milford-on-Sea with stunning views of the Isle of Wight, and the Georgian market town of Lymington.

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed plus two single beds if required, a bathroom, kitchen and 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi, TV& Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by. Book with our other units to sleep up to 8 guests.

Shepherds' hut close to the sea and New Forest

Glamping at its best. A beautifully crafted shepherds' hut set in its own picket fenced garden. Perfectly situated within a few minutes of the beach and forest. Facilities include a fridge, microwave hob, barbeque and cosy log burner. A fully fitted shower room and a choice of double bed settee or bunks. There are riding schools and hacking centres close by. Barton on Sea golf course is a short walk away.

The Baker's Lodge

The Baker’s Lodge is a self-contained guesthouse offering the perfect retreat for couples or solo travellers. Set in a quiet village, the lodge is within walking distance of the forest, local pub and village shop. Lymington and Brockenhurst are both just a 10-minute drive away, making it an ideal base for exploring the New Forest’s ancient woodland, wild ponies and nearby beaches.
