Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

The cottage is situated in a quiet courtyard, only a minute's walk to all this historic gem of a town has to offer, making it the perfect base from which to explore this delightful area. It is self contained annexe. Downstairs has a living area with it's own kitchen, shower and toilet. With a double bed upstairs. It has parking for 2 cars. Accessible outside seating area for 2 people. A five minute walk to the nearest bus stop with a direct line to Bath. 7 minute walk to train station that will take you to Bath, Swindon and London. Lacock, Corsham, Stonehenge, Castle Coombe and Bradford-on-Avon are nearby.
