I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The owner were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, especially the pool with the beautiful view. The communication with the owner went smooth as well, he even sent us videos with the exact route. We definitely recommend it, just be a little bit more careful when driving to the apartment, it's under the mountains upon the city and the road can be quite challenging at times :)

The house that the owners offer is really wonderful. The house is huge, has absolutely everything and is perfectly equipped, apart from that, the big grill and games room are impressive. The house is in a great location, on the sidelines away from the noise, with a great view (beautiful sunsets). In this house we felt like ... at home. Contact with very nice owners without any problem and at any time. It was the best vacation so far. It's just a pity that it was so short. I recommend it with all my heart.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

A beautiful, quiet location, with stunning views and lovely garden. Two beds are in a separate little garden house for privacy, and the pool was great for cooling off after a long day. Gorgeous sunset from the rooftop patio, and two friendly little cats made for good company outside. Selma was very accommodating and friendly even with our unexpectedly late arrival. Garage parking is a bonus too! Would definitely come again. Thank you!

Balsam für die Seele. Ein Ort der alles vergessen lässt. Als wir ankamen wurden wir sehr herzlich von Oleg und seiner Frau begrüßt. Oleg und seine Frau sind zwei wundervolle Menschen. Sie haben uns die Wohnung erklärt und es gab frische Wassermelone zur Ankunft. Oleg sendete uns Tipps und Restaurants in der Umgebung was sehr hilfreich war. Zum Ort: Eine Architektur keines gleichen und sehr schön anzusehen. Die Wohnung die wir bezogen, war perfekt. Sehr komfortabel, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung um die Anlage ist atemberaubend schön errichtet.Alles scheint in die Natur eingeflossen. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist privat und ermöglicht einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Es ist alles in einem einer der schönsten Orte die wir besucht haben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Oleg und seine Frau.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Geräumige 4 Schlafzimmer. Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bad klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und anscheinend vor kurzem erst renoviert. Waschmaschine und extra Toilette im Obergeschoss sehr von Vorteil. Aussicht wunderbar mit Meerblick. Katarina ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Stets erreichbar und flexibel. Immer ein freundliches Wort auf den Lippen und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen. Dankeschön.

Bardzo dobra komunikacja, właściciel szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości. Przepiękny balkon i widok na morze oraz zachód słońca. Pokoje przestronne. Po przyjeździe Na miejscu było trochę pajęczyn i kurzu a miejsce to nie znajduje się bezpośrednio przy morzu jak w ogłoszeniu. Trzeba pokonać schody lub dość ostre zejście w dół ale jest to dość blisko. W okolicy nad morzem dwie bardzo dobre knajpki. Mała spokojna wioska - spokój i cisza!!! - ogromny plus patrząc na pobliskie miasta pełne ludzi, chaosu i korków! Wieczorami cisza i rozgwieżdżone niebo. Klimatyzacja w kuchni i sypialni. Bardzo mili właściciele. Polecamy!

Our stay at Meli’s Apartment was truly exceptional. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a luxurious touch in every detail – from the modern furnishings to the high-end amenities. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the lake, which made every morning and evening feel magical. The location is perfect, and Kolorado was a fantastic host – very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and a breathtaking view in Shkodra.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und waren alle sehr zu Frieden. Bäckerei, Obststände und einen kleinen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Latif war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur auf den Straßen von Montenegro war nur Stau. Von A nach B zu fahren war sehr anstrengend. Leider gab es abends sehr viele Mücken.

Aleksandra was an excellent, attentive host. We arrived later than hoped and Aleksandra went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The property is even better in person - highly recommend. Wonderful, safe location with an unbelievable view.

Gospodarze byli bardzo pomocni i szybko reagowali na prośby zgłaszane przed jak i w trakcie pobytu. Willa jest świetna, idealna dla grupy 8-10 osób, basen czysty, jedyny dość duży problem to brak klimatyzacji w dwóch pokojach, jednak przy lipcowych upałach, nawet przy wentylatorach ciężko było wytrzymać i spać w pokoju.. Dom znajduje się dość daleko od centrum i trasa ok 30 min nie należy do najłatwiejszych ze względu na liczne górki, my daliśmy radę nawet z wózkami. Można poprosić o podwózkę taxi, koszt to ok 15 euro lub dobrą opcją jest wynajem auta i zwiedzanie okolicznych miejscowości. Ogromnym plusem tej okolicy jest cisza spokój i widok na morze oraz piękna prywatna plaża (te miejskie w sezonie są strasznie zatłoczone z ciemnym piaskiem). Generalnie oceniamy pobyt bardzo pozytywnie i z chęcią byśmy wrócili ponownie lub zostali dłużej.

Villa Viko is a beautiful house for a vacation for a big family in Montenegro. That was our fourth vacation in this country, and this house was the best considering our bookings there. The villa has a good location if you have a car. There is one 5 min drive to Maljevik beach, 5 min to Sutomore downtown, and 11 min to Zapa beach. The house is in good condition. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owner's care feels everywhere. Here is a rare case when reality matches the pictures. All equipment (AC, dishwasher, washer, coffee machine) is in working condition. There were all must-haves per my own checklist: - parking space, - AC in every room, - large dining table for a big family, - crib and highchair, - dishwasher and washing machine, - night blinds in bedrooms, - outside lounge for morning coffee. We are very thankful to Tatiana and Vadim for their hosting, care, and kindness. During our vacation, our car broke and one of my kids got sick, Tatiana and Vadim were always ready to help. With Tatiana and Vadim, you are not going to be left alone with your problems in another country. Tatiana and Vadim thank you a lot! We had a great time at your house!

Провели на вилле 8 прекрасных ночей. Дом расположен в очень тихом районе города. С прекрасным видом на море, вечером можно любоваться закатами. В пешей доступности находятся несколько пляжей. До старого города 10 мин пешком. Всем рекомендую посетить этот прекрасный объект. Отличный хозяин, все рассказали, дали инструкции по досугу в Ульцине. Остались очень довольны.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit fantastische Aussicht. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Kommunikation war super. Eneas war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Im allgemeinen war die Villa sehr sauber. Die Inneneinrichtung der Villa hat mich fasziniert. Die couch im Wohnzimmer absolut gemütlich. Ab den ersten Moment habe ich mich hier zuhause gefühlt. Ich freue mich aufs Wiedersehen. Danke.
