We are a 15 minute walk to the ferries which can take you to Uskudar in 5 minutes or Kadikoy in less than 20. By bus you can reach Taksim or Galata in 10 minutes.

My house is right in the market and only a 1-minute walk from the seaside and transportation vehicles.
