The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

The apartment is a 3min walk to the tram 9 station where you can comfortably get to the airport & the city in 20-25min. Back at your apartment, you can leave the huste & bustle of the city behind, cooking meals in peace in the kitchen. The kitchen is small, but it’s fully stocked & features lots of cookbooks so you can rustle up something yourself for a quiet night in followed by a glass of wine on the balcony. If you’re looking for the homely feeling but also the proximity to the city center.

Offen, hell, gemütlich und ruhig. Mit Sitzplatz und kleinem Garten. Da ich nicht immer da bin, vermiete ich mein Zuhause zwischendurch. Du wirst also wohnen wie ich :-), es ist nicht ein "business apartment" dafür kommt es mit Lebens Charme daher und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Ich denke, es wird dir an nichts fehlen und sonst bitte danach fragen. Zu Fuss: 20 min an den schönen Greifensee für Spaziergänge, entlang dem Haus führts in die Natur, 15 m an den Bahnhof und 20 min (Zug) nach Zürich.

Zum Park am See ist es ein 10min Spaziergang.

The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.
