You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

When we first visited E23Luz we were blown away by the amazing views overlooking the sea, Rocha Negra (Black Rock), the beach and the Roman Ruins. Our place is in the top floor of our recently built, modern building and it offers a veranda with the city views. We are in the center of Armação de Pêra with a very short walk to the beach. Nice cafés, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants near us and on the beach. We are located less the 100 meters to the beach and the main strip. Our place offers the convenience of being downtown where you can have short walks everywhere and no need for car.

Prime location on the front line just 50 metres from the beach. Apartamento com um quarto, totalmente equipado, com Internet. Fica situado num local sossegado, perto do Centro Comercial, onde poderá encontrar supermercados, restaurantes, cafés, jardim infantil e lojas de variados ramos. A praia a 10/15 minutos a pé. Há quem desfrute de passeios a cavalo e no mar pode usufruir de passeios de barco, canoagem ou pesca.

Localizado junto à praia da D. Ana, numa das falésias mais bonitas de Portugal, o nosso estúdio de praia fica num condomínio com vista para o mar e praia da D. Ana, a 2-3 minutos a pé da praia, 10 minutos a pé do bonito centro histórico, onde poderá encontrar excelentes restaurantes, bares e bonitas lojas. Nota: Só aceitamos 1 bebé (dos 0 aos 2 anos).
