A lovely place to stay. Very nice apartment, everything clean. Easy to find and get in. The area is amazing.

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

Pekný útulný apartmán v širšom centre. Vybavenie apartmánu je dostatočné. Dostupnosť do centra je bezproblémová pešo alebo alebo verejnou dopravou.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Besonders hat uns der Wintergarten gefallen. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice small apartment in the residential area. Anas was very kind, the apartment was clean. there is a restaurant on a walking distance.

Un apartamento muy bien decorado, cómodo, con terraza y sauna. El barrio es tranquilo y hay un supermercado prácticamente en el mismo edificio. Los anfitriones respondieron a los pocos minutos. 100% Recomendable.

Ubytování mohu určitě doporučit – klidné a čisté prostředí, vše připravené do detailu (ručníky, mycí prostředky, atd.). Velké plus za možnost pobytu se psem, což pro nás bylo klíčové. Do centra se dá pohodlně dojít pěšky za cca 40 minut a parkování u domu je bez problémů. Komunikace s hostitelem byla rychlá a příjemná. Děkujeme.

Outstanding accommodation. Very comfortable and spacious. Perfect location, close to the park and a 5 minute walk into the old town. The accomodation faces away from the main road and therefore is very quiet.

Wir haben alle Platz gehabt (7 erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder und 1 Säugling), konnten kochen aber auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum mit tollen Restaurants und Lokals. Besonderes hat uns der Garten mit einer tollen Sauna gefallen. Wir fahren wieder hin!

Villetta bellissima in una posizione tranquillissima e con un laghetto vicino stupendo. Alloggio comodo e davvero curato e pet friendly.

It is a great base to stay to explore the Palava region. The house has everything multiple families or a large group of people need. We especially enjoyed the bottom terrasse and the common room where we could spend our evenings together. There are multiple wine cellars within 5 minutes walking as well as a grocery store bit further away. The whole village is in beautiful countryside, so just walking in the vineyards is an unforgettable experience. Margit has been accommodating and responsive, so I can warmly recommend this listing for a large family or a group of friends.

Ubytování bylo prostorné, čisté a skvěle vybavené. Pobyli jsme už na mnoha ubytování jak na Moravě, tak i v jiných částech naší republiky. A tak milý a vstřícný přístup jsme ještě nezažili. Moc doporučuji . Denisa

Moc hezký apartmán v rodinném domě na krasném místě u rybníka na kraji Olomouce, do centra pár minut autem. Apartmán nově zařízený, čistý, dobře vybavená kuchyň. Samoobslužný příjezd. Hostitel rychle reaguje na dotazy. Super dovolená, doporučuji

Velice milá a přívětivá hostitelka, dům je moderní, nový, plná vybavenost. Měli jsme se tam jako doma. Velice strategické místo 8 min do Aqualand Moravia, 16 min Mikulov, 25 min Laa an der Taya - Therme. Znojmo a Brno rovněž blízko. Určitě se tam rádi vrátíme, děkuji!

Ubytování bylo naprosto úžasné, vypadalo ještě lépe než na fotkách. Hostitel byl velmi milý a vždy rychle odpovídal na zprávy. Určitě bychom se sem rádi znovu jednou vrátili 😁

Ein kleines Juwel in ruhiger Lage. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für ein paar Tage oder auch lange Aufenthalte braucht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Martin und Dana waren immer gut erreichbar und hilfreich.

Sehr schönes, neues Apartment. Hundefreundlich. Tolle Kommunikation und exakte Beschreibungen, sowie rasches Beantwortung von Fragen und Wünschen.

We had a very pleasant stay! We felt very much at home. A couple of books and some toy for the kids to play with was also very helpful for feeling at home. Recommended!

En plein centre-ville, facile d’accès et instructions très claires. Excellente communication avec les hôtes, guide touristique très pratique. Appartement très joliment décoré, moderne et parfaitement équipé.

Very spacious apartment with great views and all the amenities you could need. Sunshine streaming through the windows made us want to stay in the apartment instead of going out! Petra was very quick to reply to all our questions, and gave good tips and recommendations. Big perk is the Lidl right outside! Made it very easy to pop down and grab groceries. It was a 5 minute round trip when we forgot to buy cheese for dinner! Tram stop on the corner made it very easy to get to and from the main station, and to go into town to explore. Highly recommend

Krásné ubytování hned vedle nádherného parku přímo do centra Brna. Byt je ještě prostornejsi, nez jak vypadá na fotkách. Dekujeme a určitě zas někdy zabookujeme!

Byt je skvely, dobre dostupny tramvaji, v blizkosti park a par obchodů. Majitelka byla velmi vstricna, kdyz jsme resili drivejsi odjezd z duvodu úrazu. Urcite se radi vratime. Info pro kocarkove - vytah je v mezipatre, vzdy je tedy potreba snést/vynést alespon 2x půlpatro.
