Garys place is in a beautiful location and has wonderful views of the lake, the jetty and lake access was a real bonus. The bedroom and bathrooms set up were perfect and decorated really nicely, good wifi if you want it too and walkable to the main jetty area and town. thank you also for allowing us to bring our little dogs, it made for a wonderful holiday.

A great location & a stunning home that has been restored so beautifully. The suite was perfect & we enjoyed our stay throughly. Would definitely recommend & we will be back again for sure.

Very clean and recently refurbished. Nice furniture and quiet, considering how close it is to a main road. Very comfortable stay.

The place is awesome and perfect if you like a very quiet and close to nature ambiance. The host was very lovely too and accommodating with their adorable dog. They even prepared complimentary foods for the guests. All in all we highly recommend this place.👌

Quiet and peaceful stay, especially after an action filled day in Rotorua. Close enough to everything yet tucked away in a quiet street. Well thought out and you have everything you need. Thank you for having us.

Lovely stay about 10-15 minute drive from town. Nice and clean. Queen bedroom is in a loft with no doors and king is in a private bedroom, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, the home was the perfect size for 3 adults, who mostly stayed inside due to inclement weather. Did not walk to the beach during our stay but after checking out, it was a short and pleasant drive.

Perfect location for the purpose of our trip. The feeling was warm upon entering. Prestine cleaness is an understatement, everything felt so fresh. I can't fault our stay here. Everything from the decor, down to the comfortablity of the beds. Amazing. Highly recommend 👌

Really enjoyed our weekend stay. Well presented, low maintenance home with character. The comms and location were fantastic and the geothermal heating made it cozy. The outdoor Ngawha is a special touch. Will definitely be back and rebook again. Ngā mihi!

Graham and Sarndra were amazing hosts — super clear with communication and instructions. The guest house was just the right size for our group of six, with plenty to keep both the kids and adults entertained. They were really generous and even took us around their property to meet all their pet animals. The kids loved getting to pet and feed them! The place was spotless when we arrived and had the best shower water pressure. Thanks for an awesome stay — we’d love to come back again!

Beautiful home on a nice quiet street. Very clean home and towels were provided. Big yard with a playground. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine. Also has a reading area with books just off the lounge area. Has a bath with a seperate shower. Plenty of double doors one of them opening to a semi enclosed patio at the back. Another going on to the front patio and one to the side garden. Would definitely book this property again.

We came up with our families to go to the Bluey show at Globe theatre and aren't very familiar with Hamilton. We were so lucky to find Heemi's house and so glad we did! The house was spotless, very comfortable and homely and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is very private in a back section, lots of parking, spacious and a fantastic outdoor entertaining space. Within 5 mins there is a supermarket and plenty of options for food. All in all we really enjoyed our stay - thanks again!

It was a good fit for our whole family, including our small dog. The location was a highlight, with the beach just a short walk away. The living area was cosy and worked really well for relaxing and watching movies on the rainy days.

Susanne is very kind. She answered all my questions warmly. Also, the place is perfect for tourist. I could find the door easily and many places are within walking distance. She gave me a handwritten map. It was great moment to stay here.
