A modern cabin on a half-acre with a refined rustic element. There are lots of amenities like a gas grill, arcade games, corn-hole, and more. Many people in our area would call this their “camp,” a place to sit by a campfire or curl up on the couch for a nap. The cabin has three bedrooms, a fully operational kitchen, and a full bathroom. In the winter you might need a AWD vehicle to reach the cabin because of the snow. Ask about walking access to the creek for April -August trout fishing

First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Patchen Hill Farm House, Tree Farm & Arboretum is a wonderful old farm house on 120 acres with a barn, apple orchards, berry bushes, forests, trails, ponds & hardwood trees. The house has four bed rooms with additional sitting room, living room, dining room, laundry room, game room, kitchen with kitchen dinning nook. It's a wonderful old house with charm and vintage appeal. Rent the whole house. There is hiking, fishing, berry/apple picking, and more. Great for families & friends. Pet friendly.

This spacious home offers a peaceful getaway on the outskirts of town with a birds eye view of the Allegheny River. You will find easy access to many water activities and just a stone throw away is a public boat launch and dock. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!
