You will access this apartment through a lift and enjoy the view over the charming old historical buildings on one side of the appartement and over the modern Munich skyline on the terrasse side. Ausstattung: SW-Terrasse mit Gartenzugang, kleine Schlafkammer, großes Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche, holzverkleidetes Wohnzimmer vor Panoramafenster, mit separater runden Essecke ganz in Holz. Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Schön angelegter Garten mit Gartenmöbel zum Verweilen. 1/2 Stunde bis zum Bodensee und eine Stunde bis nach München. 15 min. von neuem Center-Park entfernt. Dort kann man auch Tagestickets kaufen.
