Great location to downtown Baton Rouge. The condo is new, part of the apartments expansion. Clean on the inside and out and very peaceful. Mary gave us very clear instructions to checkin and answered all of my questions throughout the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here if passing thru the city.

This place was so perfect for our quick stay! it was so close to where our event was. Very clean and comfortable. We arrived way later than planned due to flight issues, the host went and made sure all the lights where on so we were not arriving to a dark property and we appreciated that so much!

Place was very clean and great location. The correct building an apartment is a little tricky to find at first but make sure your following instructions. The only instruction that wasn’t accurate was there wasn’t an additional stairwell code as mentioned during our stay but we figured it out. The stay was comfortable and I would definitely try and stay here again due to the proximity to LSU. We were there to visit our son who is a student there and it was absolutely perfect.

My stay was fabulous in a location that is very desirable within walking distance to the Riverwalk to restaurants , churches ,nightclubs and centrally, located close to the interstate. I truly enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Highly recommend recommended.

I didn’t receive the automated message with all the instructions for check-in… I messaged Alena and she took care of that right away! She was extremely responsive and replied instantly. Alena was accommodating to say the least. Her studio was cute and clean and simple. Highly recommend!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. While I think many would be hesitant about staying in a guesthouse, I can confidently say it didn’t feel like we were staying in a guesthouse. The neighborhood this is located in is very peaceful and beautiful, which truly added to the experience of our stay. When staying at this Airbnb, you are in close proximity to a lot of great places to eat or grocery stores. Carl is considered a Super Host and it was evident as to why during our stay. The guesthouse was spotless and had all the amenities one would need. There is a binder of helpful information that you will want to review upon arrival. One thing that stood out to me is that it was not expected in our checkout instructions to do all the cleanup ourselves. A lot of Airbnb’s now days require the customers to take care of items that one would expect is covered by the cleaning fee we pay, but the checkout process before officially departing was nearly as easy as leaving a hotel!

Felt cozy and home-y. Jamie was very kind and responsive, even ensuring lights were left on when I mentioned we would arrive quite late. We all loved the porch visits from a friendly neighborhood cat, Pancake.

We like Kellie's place. It was close to Government Rd so a breeze to get to the Raising Cane convention center. She's in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice sitting area in the back yard. Only complaint would be shortage of coffee provisions but, had togo cups and lids. It's something I'm going to provide at my place. Great idea! There is a Starbucks down the road a bit but, if you can leave and head out to your destination already filled up, there's no need to find a coffee shop. Everything was neat and clean.

Perfect for a one-night stay! It stayed very cool in the house and they equipped the place with box fans lol, we sometimes have to go buy one when we stay places to sleep at night. But they already had the fans there which was a big plus! Comfy beds and very clean!

We booked this stay last minute and after our 2 hour drive… and showing up at 10:30 at night, we had a smooth check in. Everything was as pictured. The home was very clean, the beds were so so comfortable and the backyard seating area was perfect. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but had we did, they had everything you would need to cook and relax I recommend this home to anyone taking a trip to Baton Rouge. It is very centrally located and in a great neighborhood. The street to get to the house is narrow and a lot of people had their trashcans left out in the street so be careful with that, but other than that it was perfect! The layout of this home gave me insp. for our layout of our home we’re going to start building on the acres we just bought for our family compound!!! Mike was great in communication which gave us great peace of mind !

Loved the place! I'm familiar with the area and knew I wanted something in Capital Heights, and this was the perfect spot. Super walkable to Curbside and Calandro's Groceries, and love walking around and seeing the other houses. Kind of small but perfect size for a couple or 2 friends. Really liked how comfortable the space was.

Great stay! Very comfortable for me and my friends. We needed a getaway spot to relax and prepare for our nursing exam. Ruth’s place was peaceful and in a great area. Photos are 100% accurate and place is very clean. Ruth is very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Great stay! Fantastic location if you’re attending any events at LSU - short drive there, and to so many different restaurants. Perfect size for a couples getaway. Ashley gave great check in instructions - couldn’t have been a more pleasant stay!

Gabrielle is a superb host, very attentive to guest needs - responding rapidly to any requests for help e.g. in finding the ironing board. The house is compact but well equipped and beautifully presented - with lounge and kitchen-diner. The latter is perfectly formed, with good quality appliances, an island and separate table to suit a small group. The outside patio is tiled and very comfortable with soft seating around the entire perimeter. Great local restaurants and a good quality super market within 5 minutes walk makes it a very convenient location for a stay in Baton Rouge. Good road connections mean that you can easily reach any part of Baton Rouge quickly, by car. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time.

Great convenient location. I like that it is gated, so we felt safe. The 2 bedrooms with baths were wonderful. One on the upper floor, kitchen on the middle floor, and the other bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor made for privacy and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen and living room area is very spacious! I highly recommend this!

Appartement bien équipé, lumineux, propre et avec commerces proches (Rouses etc.). En arrivant, du café et un bouteille de vin nous attendaient !!Johanna nous a bien conseillé sur les restaurants et il y avait même une cabane à écrevisses à proximité. De plus, nous avons eu un problème dentaire à gérer en urgence et Johanna a été de très bon conseil et facilitante. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
