Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Offering a blend of modern luxury and historic charm, the late 1800's worker’s cottage has been renovated to the highest standard, utilising original features where possible.
