This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

We had a nice stay at Caryle’s house. It was a nice location to explore Longwood gardens, Wintertur, and Philadelphia. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. Caryle was very responsive and proactive.

This house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Trina is an attentive host who cares about her guests' stay. Our family of six adults and three children visited during Christmas week. We had asked Trina if we could put up a tree. She initially said yes, and a few days later she messaged me that she put one up for us, saving me a lot of holiday stress! The space is large yet cozy. We spent most of our time in the large kitchen, dining, and family room area, but there was also lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our holiday meals. The beds were so comfortable! The bathrooms were spotless! We enjoyed many soaks in the relaxing saltwater hot tub which easily fits six adults. We’ve been renting different houses for the holidays for about five years, and this one was voted the best. To quote my three-year-old grandson, “Grandma, this Christmas house is beautiful.”

This airbnb worked out great for our family - all 3 generations were able to be well accommodated in many different ways. There were recommendations for local restaurants & things to do left for us , some extra amenities made available to us, and the host even put out the high chair and pack n play in advance for us as she knew we had a baby in our group. There was more than enough space for everyone to be together in rooms, as well as plenty of space in the individual bedrooms. The fenced in yard and lil koi pond were also great features for the kids. The on site laundry and multiple full bathrooms were huge plusses as well! lf we find ourselves needing a place within the area in the future, we will definitely look to book here again as we were made very welcome & very comfortable.

This was not just an AirBnB that we rented, this felt like home. It was cozy, comfortable, and very well kept. Upon arrival the house was spotless. It was exactly as described. The beds were so comfortable no one wanted to get up in the morning. Right down to the blankets being so soft and warming. I am already looking into when we will be staying there again.

Joseph was great and accommodating, my family was traveling for a funeral and needed an early check-in and other accommodations. Joseph made sure the home was ready early and spotless. I would definitely recommend.

Sonia was a phenomenal host. Flexible, friendly, responsive, and communicative. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The area is beautiful and restful. We truly enjoyed it and would book again in a heartbeat.

Barbara's place was exactly what I needed for a Wilmington getaway as a solo traveler on foot. A short cab ride from Amtrak station to a beautiful block in a diverse neighborhood (rainbow and patriotic flags), very walkable to food halls, nice restaurants, local parks, historical sights, enjoy downtown Wilmington while feeling at home in your own space. You have access to a private nicely lit backyard with umbrella and seating area if you want to chill outside at night or get some air without leaving the space. All amenities were as listed, the bed was big and cozy, bathroom super clean w a shower head that lights up (cool) and the nice touches are snacks/goodies and bottles of water really helped. A great value and one I'd come back to, the icing on the cake is Barbara as a host is very kind and accomodating, there if you need her but also leaves you to enjoy your stay. 5 stars.

Lisa's place is cozy and roomy. The size was perfect for two. Though I didn't cook anything, the kitchen and full size fridge was great with counter space for prepping our snacks. Water temperature was nice and hot for showering and washing dishes. The place was clean with a nice array of coffee, snacks, utensils and cooking pots and pans, dishes and supplies. The area is wonderful in the heart of farmland, close to outlets, not far from Lancaster city and great restaurants like Greenfield Inn and the Brasserie. We even were lucky enough to see the field of yellow daffodils within a short walking distance. Lisa does a great job with communication. I hope to come back again. Thanks for providing a nice place to visit while in town seeing my family and friends.

Amazing place, super cozy and beautiful inside. The location is great, really close to everything but backs right up to the woods so it feels really peaceful and private. Skeitha was so chill and nice! I definitely want to be back

A great spot for a weekend away! Walking distance to many restaurants & the convenience of coming and going is very nice. It is a little noisy if someone is staying upstairs so the sound machines are very helpful, much appreciated from the host!

Great place to stay when visiting Philly!

Elegantly decorated and well stocked with cute little touches, in a quiet safe neighborhood, convenient hassle-less street parking. -30 mins to Longwood Gardens, friendly and super-responsive hosts.

Our stay was immaculate! The home was so cozy. It was perfect for our night. To be honest I spent most of my time admiring all the house plants and the little details of the place. The artwork is beautiful. Totally recommend staying here. Can’t wait to go back !

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

We were in town for a weekend and loved our stay at Christina’s place - it’s so clean and comfortable (with many nice touches) and located right in the middle of a cool Philly neighborhood with excellent food/drinks options around! We also appreciated how responsive Christina was to our questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
