This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

A spacious 2x2 chalet that can accommodate 2-6 people, utilising the pull out sofa bed in the living area. With air conditioning and fire place.The master bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a large freestanding bath with a nature view. The second bedroom offers a king bed (which can be split into two singles on request) and en suite bathroom. NO LEAVERS

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.
