Čia veikia nemokamas belaidis internetas, yra išmaniosios televizijos kanalus rodantis plačiaekranis televizr. Yra terasa, kiemelis su vaizdu į sodą, įrengta svetainės erdvė, du vonios kambariai su dušu ir higienos priem. Virtuvė su mikrobangų krosnele ir šaldytuvu. Svečiai gali naudotis skalbimo mašina, indaplove, orkaite, virykle, skrudintuvu, virduliu ir kavos virimo aparatu. Yra stalo reikmenys.

A quiet log house by the lake surrounded by forest in Sartai Regional Park. The house is full of books, photo albums and vintage music records. Outside there is a boat, large terrace overlooking the lake, with a sofa and dining table. The kitchen and one bedroom are on the ground floor, and the second bedroom is upstairs. A traditional wood-fired sauna can be rented if you’d like to enjoy a proper Lithuanian sauna during your stay. Perfect for peaceful family time or a romantic stay for two.

You can use a hot tub, double paddle board for extra payment. 100-200m from the house is the pine forest with trails, a lake with a public beach suitable also for children. The centre of Zarasai is about 3 km from house, you can go there on bike path. In the house are 2 bedrooms with double beds,in the little second flor are 2 mattresses for children.
