Jose hat uns herzlichst empfangen und daher haben wir uns sofort bei ihm wohlgefühlt. Er hat uns einige tolle Empfehlungen für die Insel zukommen lassen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr heimelig und herzlich eingerichtet, mit einer sehr schönen und privaten Terasse. Für manche könnte der Fluglärm jedoch etwas störend sein. Größere Personen sollten beachten, dass das Bett doch ziemlich kurz ist. Trotzdem können wir die Unterkunft nur jedem weiter empfehlen.

The place was great, clean and accurately resembled what is on the pictures, we very much enjoyed our stay here. The garden is also nice and well kept. The place also has a (shared) roof terrace, which is great for cozy nights. We received a coffee machine for our stay and all the kitchen, bathroom & cleaning equipment (washing tablets for dishwasher and washing machine) were provided. The host was also very nice and easily reachable by whatsapp/call. We broke a glass on the last night and no extra costs for this was charged. Please note. especially for Tourists who want to enjoy a quiet holiday, this place is located next to one of the biggest roads from the highway to Puerto de la Cruz. Therefore there is constant noise of cars coming by. However, for people who will likely not spend most of the time at the apartment but just need a place to stay while visiting, this is perfect. Further, during our stay we got locked up in the bathroom once, probably because the locks of the doors are old and not properly working anymore. Luckily we were able to fix this issue ourselves in a short period of time.

Nice cottage in a renovated farm with a very pleasant garden with views on the surrounding hills. Only 20 min drive to the Anaga park with rugged hills and wonderful, but strenuous hiking paths in lush greenery with great views. The ocean is also close, great for watching the waves crash on the rocks. Severall small and big towns around with local feel, not really touristy. Pleasant spaces in the cottage, one room with double bed and one with twins, plus common room with dining set and sofa's, separate kitchen. Covered verandah and lots of spots to sit in sun or shade in the garden and around the pool. The pool was covered in this season to keep the water warm (about 23C), available for swimming. Wifi in the common area next to the pool available for all cottages. A panaderia at walking distance for breakfast supplies and so. We wil definitely consider to return as we both liked the cottage and the walking and scenery on the island.

Просторная, уютная, со всем необходимым) Особенно порадовала капсульная кофемашина и посудомойка, большой выбор посуды, полотенец, одеял. Огромный уютный балкон, на котором можно завтракать, работать, заниматься спортом и просто загорать🙌🏻 Мария при заселении встретила, всегда была на связи, посоветовала очень хорошие рестораны и пляжи🥰 Всегда находили место для парковки рядом с домом, а в комплексе встречал и провожал консьерж, желал доброго утра и открывал нам двери✨ В общем, рекомендуем на 💯

Beautiful, well maintained, spacious finca with an amazing view over the ocean. It's a very peaceful place great for digital nomads or for a writing retreat :) Highly recommended! The only surprise was the fact that the conservatory/sunroom is not a shared space but belongs to one of the apartments (Sótano). Not a big deal as every apartment has a big dedicated outdoor area. Overall we spent almost 3 months there and had a great time.

Perfect location, sea view, clean, walking distance to different amenities, friendly host. Cleaning once during our stay was included. Supermarket is downstairs. Check out from 7.30 am and safe is 4 euros per day. Internet is really not good, and needs urgent improvement. Signal only available on terasse and we needed to keep one device outside in order to hot-spot it inside of living room only, quality of it doesn't allow to use a video call, wi fi vouchers only support 1 device. But in general, good experience

Nice, clean apartement. Good communication, great restaurants around. Amazing Sansibar coctails bar :) Quiet location.

Second time staying in this apartment and it did not disappoint! The apartment itself is very clean and is equipped with everything you need. Air con has been installed since our last visit! Fabulous view from the big balcony, perfect for watching the amazing sunsets. The pool area is lovely, spotlessly clean and lots of sun loungers. Perfect location for walking along the seafront, left to the centre of Costa Adeje or right into La Caleta. Numerous restaurants in both directions! Reassuring messages with Catherine prior to our arrival and who met us at the front entrance as soon as we arrived. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for a vacation, restaurants and beautiful beaches are close by. Very tidy apartment, and the view from the balcony is amazing. You can watch the sunset from there. Also the pool area at Club Atlantis is very nice. Would visit again, and can totally recommend this apartment!

Great place to stay if you want to relax. Location is perfect; you can reach all the main cities and nice locations really fast. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Realy recommend it.

Comfortable apartment, in peaceful resort,ideal location with many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

Our stay here was wonderful! The place was as pictured, and the view from the terrace was beautiful and the apartment felt private while not being very disconnected from everything - there is even a nice area to walk with a rocky beach very nearby. It is quite well-equipped and had everything you’d need to make easy meals as well as to clean up after yourself (which I really appreciated). The knives were even sharp! Nicoleta and Dragoş were also very kind hosts who were responsive to our questions, provided plenty of information upon arrival, and nicely helped with troubleshooting when I had trouble using the washer. For two people, the place is very comfortable. My only tip is that if you are sensitive to light when you sleep, the recessed lights in the ceiling produce a faint glow even when off which can be bothersome, so I recommend an eye mask if they would bother you (which I used). Otherwise, the experience was great, and I would recommend this apartment!

We’ve just had a fabulous 4 week stay at Alexandr’s. We normally stay in a hotel in Costa Adeje so this was our first experience of an apartment and honestly we won’t go back to hotels now. The apartment was clean and had absolutely everything we needed including a full size oven (which we didn’t really use), washing machine etc and a very comfortable bed. If I was going to be picky then I would suggest perhaps upgrading the TV to a smart TV so that Netflix accounts etc can be accessed. We had our iPads though so it wasn’t an issue. What sets Alexandr’s apartment aside from the others though is the amazing balcony. What a size and what a view. This alone means we will definitely return. Great location, fabulous balcony and sunshine - what more can you ask for. If you’re thinking of booking this then I would 100% say ‘go for it’. Absolute gem of a place. We can’t wait to return in the future.

Amazing apartment and view as it is in the photos. Stayed here for one week and loved it! The host was always quick to respond and checked in to make sure everything was okay or if there was anything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Sehr sauber, tolle Pools, super Spielplatz für die Kids - gerne wieder!
