Sehr schönes, geräumiges und gemütliches Haus mit eigenem Pool, fußläufig (schon einige Minuten) zum breiten Strand; wer die paar hundert Meter nicht laufen mag, kann auch mit dem Wagen (Parken vor dem Haus möglich) auf einen der zahlreichen Strandparkplätze fahren. Auto (ggf Mietwagen) ist zu empfehlen, da die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr eher gering ist, und man eigentlich für alle Aktivitäten (außer dem direkten Strand) ein Auto braucht. Nach Lissabon Zentrum unter einer halbe Stunde Fahrt (außer zur Rush-hour, da kann es auch mehr als eine Stunde dauern). Die Kommunikation mit den netten Carlas ist schnell und unkompliziert, es geht auch über Whats-App, und Englisch wird perfekt gesprochen und verstanden, Probleme werden sofort angegangen und gelöst. Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man einen Strandurlaub mit der Nähe einer attraktiven Großstadt verbinden will, den Schwerpunkt aber mehr auf den Strand legt.

Fuimos unos días con la familia por fin de año y nos fue excelente. La casa es muy grande y cómoda para una familia. La comunicación con el host fue fluida todo el tiempo. Ojalá podamos repetir en verano para aprovechar la piscina. gracias.

Our group wanted to stay outside of the city and we found this fantastic beach house 25 minutes outside of Lisbon. Easy to go into the city for the day if you’d like. However there are great restaurants and a beautiful beach to relax at in Costa de Caparica. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was perfect for our group of 14. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

The cottage was very cosy and homey. Comfortable beds, hot water and a good living space. The sofa is much bigger than it appears in the photo. There's no oven but there is a big fridge freezer, coffee machine, stove top and microwave. We cooked a few simple meals but largely ate out as there were lots of great choices in the area. The beach was within easy reach and we could access central Lisbon very quickly with an Uber. We had a great stay.

Stay at Sofia’s. You won’t regret it. Sofia is informative, responsive and helpful in every way. The apartment is clean, beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to feel comfortable, safe and happy.

A Ana e o Paulo foram incríveis. O apartamento é delicioso, espaçoso, tem um fim de tarde com um sol aconchegante. Indico de olhos fechados. Aluguei para os meus pais e eles adoraram. Lugar silencioso, prédio familiar, tem lavanderia em frente. Realmente superou as expectativas. Sugiro apenas que tenha mais roupa de cama, pois sempre tinham que ir a lavanderia. Ancozinha super equipada, limpa, organizada, banheiro, quartos, sala espaçosos. Um ambiente realmente acolhedor. As fotos imprimem o que realmente é o apartamento. Obrigada Ana e Paulo, espero alugar novamente em breve para os meus pais ♥️🙏🏻

This studio apartment was perfect while I stayed in town for a few days visiting friends. Very lovely neighborhood near the yellow line, and within walking distance of a grocery store and several little cafes. Host was great, and responsive. Loved that there was a washer AND dryer to make laundry easy before the next leg of my trip.

We stayed for 7 nights & this place had everything required for a comfortable stay. We are a family of 4 with a teen & pre teen & this apartment gave us all enough space. The beds are comfortable, high speed internet, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen. Goncalo went above & beyond by giving us local recommendations & useful tips. This area is walkable to the Jeranimos Monastary & the famous Pastel de Belem (we had breakfast here almost every day, huge bonus, cuz the place gets super crowded with long lineups after 10 30 am). There are lots of restaurants in the area (including halal & vegetarian options). We are glad we chose to stay in Belem rather than the city center, this place is perfect.

I enjoyed staying there and felt at home and peace of mind. As a person you would expect everything to be 100% but it has been the best place I stayed since I joined Airbnb.

si vous ne souhaitez pas loger dans Lisbonne mais à proximité immédiate, ce logement est fait pour vous. situé à proximité de la gare, de la N6 qui vous conduira vers Lisbonne ou Cascais et Estorril (très jolie route à préfèrer à l'autoroute urbaine), il offre tout le confort nécessaire et une sublime vue sur l'estuaire du Tage et Lisbonne. la terrasse est particulièrement bienvenue pour de magnifiques matins ensoleillés. un très bel endroit.

Great stay All the little extras that make a stay amazing. Wine, beer, juice, water, fruits, Natas!. Dish washer tabs & washing machine tabs. Things like that really make you feel at home & welcome. Place is a lovely size, bathrooms clean & plenty of towels. All in all 5 🌟

This is a large and spacious apartment which makes for a great base for visiting Lisbon. It is close to supermarkets and cafes. There are nearby Metro stations which makes it super easy to get into Lisbon - just tap your card on the Metro! The apartment was peaceful, everything worked really well and we were comfortable there when not visiting Lisbon and the surrounding area. Arrival and departure were really easy and well communicated. A good experience!

Excellente semaine chez Marcelo. Lui et sa fille ont été extrêmement bienveillants dès notre arrivée. Le petit panier garni en guise de bienvenue est geste vraiment appréciable. Le logement en lui-même est tout simplement parfait, je n'ai rien à ajouter, tout y est. Et la piscine est un vrai plus. Les supermarchés sont à proximité. Les plages aussi. Le centre de Lisbonne est à 15/20mins en voiture, mais il faut franchir le pont et la circulation peut parfois poser un peu souci. Dans tous les cas, si je reviens un jour à Lisbonne, je reviendrai dans la maison de Marcelo les yeux fermés. Je recommande vivement.

Wir waren mit den Großeltern und Kindern zu neun in Lissabon und haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Für große Gruppen drei Bädern und ausreichend Schlafzimmern mit gutem Betten sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein und der Esszimmer Tisch ist riesig. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank.

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison, propre, spacieuse et correctement équipée. Un séjour enchanteur : maison dans une station balnéaire à 30min de Lisbonne, à 45min des incroyables et magnifiques plages de sable blanc et sans vagues, proches de Setubal (Figueirinha, Troia), à 45min de la côte sauvage de l'ouest et de Sintra, bref un emplacement idéal. La literie est bonne, le minimum nécessaire en cuisine est là, le WiFi fonctionne bien, le patio extérieur est très agréable. Il est facile de se garer sur la petite place derrière la maison, et, si besoin, le fait d'avoir un garage est un vrai plus. L'environnement est inattendu (immeubles), mais quand on est dans la maison, on se sent vraiment bien : un vrai cocon. A noter : un supermarché à 2 pas et une délicieuse petite poissonnerie, sur la place derrière la maison. Seul petit bémol : la rue étant perpendiculaire à un boulevard, on entend bien le bruit des voitures, jusqu'à environ 23h (après, il y a moins de circulation)

Maria and her husband were lovely hosts and for our family of 9 it was a great place to stay and spend time together. We especially enjoyed the area around the pool and the kids went in when the weather would allow it. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was also ideally located for everyone to go off on their own sometimes. Some went to the China market across the street, some went grocery shopping, some to the playground and some to McDonalds which is all close by. The local market with fresh fish, vegetables and bread is also just down the street, in walking distance, and full of local life. In general the possibilities for grocery shopping in the neighborhood are good. Thank you so much to Maria and her husband for having us!

We absolutely loved our stay - the place is amazing and the photos don’t do it justice. We stayed with our 2.5 year old and it was perfect for us as a family of three, but we can see it working well for a bigger group as there is so much space. Ana was an amazing host - the best we’ve had, she was so easy to talk to and so helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you!
