It was a beautiful place to stay in and we also had our own Parking lot. I was very happy when we got a book and a map of different activities and placed to eat.. helpfull and was always ready if you need something. i would recommend this place and u even got free bikes there so get that bike and drive around the town

Must go option, waking up with Mt Fuji view and extremely quiet area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maki. Le logement de Maki est confortable et très propre. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les activités à faire dans le secteur ainsi que les magasins pour faire nos courses. La place de parking comprise dans le prix est très appréciable. Les instructions pour l électroménager sont précises. Merci beaucoup Maki.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié ce séjour. L’hôte est venu nous chercher à la gare routière et nous y a reconduites lors de notre départ. La baie vitrée du logement nous a permis d’admirer le mont Fuji . Un réel avantage est le prêt gratuit de vélos standard . L’hôte nous gâtées en nous offrant des pâtisseries . Nous avons eu un petit problème personnel . L’hôte a fait son maximum pour nous aider . Aide, bienveillance ont fait de ce séjour un moment inoubliable.

Le séjour a été très confortable, à l’exception des matelas au sol, qui étaient très fins et provoquaient des douleurs au dos. Lorsqu’un problème de Wi-Fi est survenu, le responsable a immédiatement envoyé son employé pour le résoudre, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons également aimé l’emplacement, qui est très pratique. Cependant, nous recommandons vivement de louer une voiture, car il n’y a plus de bus en service après 18 heures, ce qui complique les déplacements et les activités touristiques en soirée. À noter : si votre chambre se trouve dans le bâtiment C, il faut se rendre au bâtiment B pour accéder à la douche, qui est commune. Et pour cela il faut passer par une porte extérieur avant et après la douche. De plus, le onsen est chauffé à 50°C, ce qui le rend difficilement utilisable. Malgré tout, la chambre était spacieuse. Il y a un micro-ondes à disposition à l’accueil, mais l’absence de réfrigérateur peut poser problème.

Estancia maravillosa en este apartamento en Kawaguchiko. Muy limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado. Desde la ventana teníamos una vista espectacular del monte Fuji, un verdadero privilegio. La ubicación es ideal para explorar la zona con tranquilidad. El anfitrión fue excelente, muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. ありがとうございました。

Fumio è un host eccellente, gentilissimo e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La casa è una tipica abitazione giapponese, spaziosa, ben equipaggiata ed eco sostenibile. Posizione ideale per visitare i dintorni del monte Fuji.

民宿主人十分熱情，我們一到就已經在門口等候我們，民宿太太可以用英文溝通，地方很乾淨很大很舒服，我們住了兩晚，第一晚在花園bbq，環境超好，我本身很怕昆蟲，但這裏有帳幕可以阻擋昆蟲飛入，令我很安心，所有燒烤工具亦很整全，很乾淨，我們好享受這個bbq的晚上，早上在bbq位置可以望到富士山，第二晚去民宿主人的餐廳食晚飯，是要提早預約的，餐廳就在民宿旁邊，是用當天新鮮的食材去決定菜單，真的很美味。重點來了，浴室和桑拿真的很好，我們每一個都很喜歡，民宿所有設備都很齊全及亁淨，這裏是我住過最好的民宿，有機會我一定會再回來！

Miya House is an excellent choice for large families. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it offers a peaceful environment that’s perfect for relaxation. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. Highly recommended for any family looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Very homey and cute! Accurate as per photos. Was comfortable and clean. We drove in and the road was very narrow! so wouldn’t recommend a large car! Woke up to Mt Fuji view, was lovely. Could hear the neighbours upstairs walkin around but they were not disruptive!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very roomy & the sauna was a perfect place to relax. Clear view of Mt Fuji right outside the door and the peaceful sounds of the flowing brook were wonderful. Everyone loved the location. I will be booking again in the future!

Incroyable séjour dans ce logement qui correspond parfaitement à l’annonce,on s’y sent bien et la vue sur le mont Fuji est exceptionnelle,nous avons louer la voiture proposée par l’hôte,petit problème de batterie mais très rapidement réparé par l’hôte il a été très réactif et nous avons pu profiter de la voiture qui était très pratique,bref nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Great host and lovely place to stay in Kawaguchiko, highly recommend for those travel with group of friends

Traveling as a family of 4 from the USA, kids ages 4 and 8. After 2 weeks in the major urban centers, this retreat was a welcome respite. We all needed some space from each other, and some calm surroundings. We daytripped into Kawaguchiko one day and did a local hike another day. We fully enjoyed the amenities of the Cocon, like the sauna and outdoor hot tub. Would highly recommend! Note, we planned to rely on local transportation, but the busses were infrequent and taxis unavailable so we walked a LOT. We were all fully capable, but you might want a car if your party struggles to walk.

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Easily one of the best places I've stayed at in Japan. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and the condo that we stayed in was so unnecessarily spacious it felt like luxury.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

숙소가 너무 조용해서 좋았어요. 그래도 10분만 걸어가면 관광지라 편하기도 했습니다!
