Fantastico weekend! La casa è in ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla vicina ad un centro commerciale ed a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Katia ci ha fatto trovare l’alloggio pulito e ordinato, è stata molto disponibile ed amichevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare

This is the perfect location for spending a nice beach holiday (or in our case a workation) in Las Palmas. The apartment is only 3 min from the beach away and in the middle of many great cafes and restaurant. It’s super clean and everything feels super new. We loved everything about it. The internet connection is very fast too so it’s safe to work from there. On top of all that the hosts are very friendly and responsive and thought of every detail from checkin to checkout making out stay extra smooth

El alojamiento de Vidina cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar estos días, además se encuentra en una zona tranquila y por la noche se podía descansar sin ruidos. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la estancia fue muy agradable. Cerca del paseo de Las Canteras y con un montón de ofertas para comer; si tuviera que volver repetiría en este alojamiento. Además Vidina fue muy atenta y nos dio flexibilidad en la hora de salida, muchas gracias por tu amabilidad.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt, schöne Anlage mit Tor direkt zur Strandpromenade. Mit einem Aufzug kam man direkt vor den Strand. Restaurants, Fitnessstudio und alles was man braucht ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Beheizter, großer Pool, sehr privat mit vielen Liegen und wenig Gästen. Hatten einen Mietwagen und haben immer einen Parkplatz vor der Tür oder maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß gefunden. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen. Haben die Gastgeber kurz vor Abreise kennengelernt, sie waren sehr offen und freundlich. Ansonsten waren sie per Nachricht immer gut erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Waren zu dritt in der Wohnung und der Platz war völlig ausreichend. Gewürze und Café war für die ersten Tage vorhanden und wir mussten nur das Nötigste zum Essen kaufen. Auch Sonnenschirme, Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine konnte man bei Bedarf nutzen. Wlan hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, besonders mit Kindern. Super ausgestattet, mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Octavio, vielen Dank, dass wir Dein Haus nutzen durften!

The bungalow Carmen is located in the old-fashioned bungalow complex, surrounded by modern resorts, which makes it a kind of unique place in the area. The bungalow is not large, but also not too small, very cosy, very pleasant to take a rest in the evening at it's terrasse. Besides what you see on the photos, it has everything you need for a 1-2 week vacation. In addition, a grocery store is straight in front of the complex, and a couple of good restaurants are just around a corner. Please, make sure you understand that this complex has no private parking available, we did rent a car for the period of stay and, although a lot of street parking is free of charge, its hard to find a slot, once I had to drive around for almost an hour to find one. Take it as a part of your adventure. Otherwise, having a car seems to be a must if you'd like to explore the island. We enjoyed staying at this place, kids were happy as well, 100% recommended.

We loved staying here, had such a relaxing stay with our toddler. The beach is so beautiful and feels private and never too busy, easy to walk to shop and local restaurant. We didn’t hire a car and it was very easy to get the bus to the apartment from the airport. We were also able to walk to San Augustin for more choice of shops and restaurants and a bigger beach. You can spot lots of lizards on the way as well which our toddler loved! Pool was also great, a bit cold but were used to refreshing chilly swims in Scotland so it didn’t bother us and just meant it was quite a lot of the time.

Maria was an outstanding host. She was extremely responsive and super helpful and friendly. The flat is perfectly situated, close to many bars, restaurants and even the beach. The pool was pristine and there was no issues ever finding a nice sun lounger to relax on. I highly recommend this accommodation!

nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans l appartement vraiment au top de Gino .propre agréable proche de toute commodités et le plus c est que gino est vraiment une personne très gentil très serviable vraiment c est notre meilleur voyage grâce à lui on lui redit à très tres vite car nous allons revenir avec certitude vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Es war ein rundum großartiger Aufenthalt im Beach House am Playa del Hombre. Die Gastgeber Adrian und Gloria sind sehr engagiert. Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab genügend Geschirr und Kochutensilien, Gewürze und Öl, Toilettenpapier, Handtücher etc. Das Rund-um Sorglos-Paket. Der Wohnbereich ist großzügig. Aus den Zimmern gibt es überall Meerblick und man sitzt wunderbar auf der Terrasse ebenso mit Meerblick und morgens Sonnenaufgang (wir hatten nur leider morgens fast immer Wolken). Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man ein Auto benötigt, da sowohl der Einkaufsladen als auch alle Restaurants für das Abendessen 20-30min entfernt sind. Es gibt eine Surfschule direkt beim Strand (hightvoltage-adventure) und in Los Melones ein openair Functional Training Areal, wo man ein gutes Gruppentraining mitmachen kann (Ultimate Entrenamiento) - beides sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man sportlich aktiv sein möchte. Super spacious house equipped with everything. Beach is just a few steps from the house. The spot is out of the main city centres but in a good location to reach the main attractions of the island.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin Raquel, die jederzeit schnell erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit war. Nach vorheriger Absprache konnten wir sogar früher einchecken, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist perfekt – in nur einer Minute ist man am Strand, und ein Einkaufszentrum ist bequem in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem ist die Wohnung kindersicher, was sie besonders für Familien ideal macht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The apartment has a very interesting architecture - on one side there is a quiet, peaceful street, on the other side of the apartment is the constantly rolling Atlantic Ocean. Although we had mostly cloudy and windy weather during our stay, we had wonderful breakfasts and dinners on the terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, it was never cold. The location of the apartment is very good, on sunny days you can spend them on the beach which is just a few steps away from the apartment, and on cloudy and windy days, you can reach out always sunny south of the island and enjoy the summer there only in 30 minutes driving by car. The place is very quiet and not crowded with tourists, the entire coast has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. We were really impressed. We recommend this apartment, the host is a very caring and kind person, apartment is full of everything you need.

Alles war perfekt, vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung, die wir in dieser Form noch in keiner Unterkunft hatten und wir sind wirklich schon viel gereist. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt, wie zuhause. Das Haus selbst ist auch toll, bietet alles was man sich für einen angenehmen Urlaub wünscht und war einwandfrei sauber. Super war natürlich auch die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Das war unser erster Urlaub auf Gran Canaria, und dank der bezaubernden Unterkunft bestimmt auch nicht der Letzte. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Tag und Nacht wird man mit den Klängen der Wellen verwöhnt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Essen zuberereiten ging problemlos, da die Ausstattung sehr vielfältig war. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat einen zusätzlichen Ausgang auf die seitliche Terrasse. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank dafür, liebe Maria.

We were looking for accommodation for a family of four adults, in short driving distance from Gran Canaria airport, close to shops and with a view. Carmelo’s apartment ticked those boxes and more. Carmelo welcomed us in person. He ensured that check in and completion of E.U./Spanish paperwork was easy. The apartment is spacious. The living area open plan, its large windows opening to a turquoise ocean and blue sky. The private rooftop terrace expands the view even more. Up here a vista of life, town, mountains,sea and sky . We enjoyed sangria, lunch, wine and also sunsets from this outdoor space. Magnificent days out from the doorstep too. We explored the town. Walked past colourful painted art, interesting sculptures along La Playa, ancient kilns and up Montana de Arinaga. Visited the pretty salt marshes . After exploring forested mountains, hilltop towns, caves, Las Palmas further afield, we always looked forward to returning to our haven, warm showers, relaxed evenings, bliss

The apartment was how described, Juan was a great host who met us on arrival and explained how everything worked. It was very clean and well equipped, he even supplied a parasol for the beach which was very helpful in the heat. The position was perfect with a great view and easy access to everything around. There is security gates to get in which is very assuring when traveling alone. Would highly recommend.

Eine der besten Unterkünfte, in denen wir je waren. Schöne Umgebung mit kleinem Strand, überaus gepflegte Anlage mit Pool, Parkplätze vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber! Die Küche, das Bad, die Wohnräume. Alles hat super gerochen und war wirklich makellos. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es gibt Öl, Kaffee und Gewürze. Der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer ist auch mega schön. Die Kommunikation mit Mirian war ebenfalls super, wir durften sogar früher in die Wohnung und flexibel auschecken. Wir sind wirklich mehr als zufrieden. 5/5 Sterne in allen Kategorien!
