The pool features a shallow area of about 80 cm and a maximum depth of approximately 1.60 m, making it suitable for both adults and children. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and an elegant lounge area, perfect for relaxing hours in the open air, convivial evenings or a sundowner with a fantastic view. For entertainment, the villa also features a PlayStation 5 with two controllers and a selection of games. The outdoor area invites you to linger with a lovingly designed barbecue area. Whether it’s a cozy barbecue with the family or a convivial evening with friends, every meal here becomes an open-air experience with a view of the Atlantic. The pool can be heated so that you can use it at any time of the year (extra cost). Towels for the bathroom and pool are provided for all guests. The villa has a modern, well-equipped utility room that offers you the comfort you are accustomed to during your stay. A high-quality washing machine and a powerful dryer are available here, ideal for longer stays, family vacations or active days. The villa has free Wi-Fi throughout the property, a wireless Bluetooth speaker for music and private parking in a garage. For warmer days, air conditioning is available throughout the villa. Please note that parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected after 10:00 pm, as the villa is located in a very peaceful area with neighboring houses nearby.

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!
