Just come back from a lovely 10 day stay at Maria's apartment. The complex is quiet, peaceful and wonderfully kept and the apartment welcoming ,clean and homely. Maria is a great host, always responsive to enquiries, advice and support. The location is spot on with lovely bars, amenities and restaurants. Certainly will return!

Alles war super. Einfach zu erreichen. Absolut zentrale Lage. Restaurants, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fussläufiger Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Unbezahlbar: Der morgendliche Ausblick vom Balkon aus auf den Teide.

Unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft war ein absoluter Traum! Die Wohnung ist groß, perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht – von Handtüchern bis hin zu Gewürzen. Besonders der Balkon mit dem atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang hat es uns angetan. Trotz eines kleinen Problems mit der Spüle fühlten wir uns bestens betreut – ein großes Dankeschön an Martin und Eva für die schnelle Hilfe! Petra vor Ort war ebenfalls eine tolle Ansprechpartnerin. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Just spent a fantastic 16 days at Marc's apartment. The listing is as described and more. There are plenty of things to do in the local area and Club Atlantis is right at the Centre. Can't wait to find an opening on Marc's calendar and return again. I'd recommend it to all.

A fabulous apartment in a great location, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. It had plenty of room, was spotlessly clean and well equipped, we loved the fact that it’s got 3 balconies! Jesus and Gladys were on hand at all times and got back to me immediately when I messaged them. We will definitely be re-booking!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Bajamar. Ein toller Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Piscinas und die grünen Berge sind ein Highlight. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet und auch die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet. Leider war der Pool nicht nutzbar als wir da waren.

We highly recommend these apartments, I'll tell you why. This is my story. First, we arrived in Tenerife at around 12:20 in the morning. I really liked that Aleksandra took our luggage and asked us to go for a coffee, while we had a coffee she managed to prepare our apartments for us to enjoy our vacation, so everywhere check in is from 15-16pm. Second, her husband picked us up from the airport, it's just wonderful not to be distracted by a taxi and looking for where my apartments are. Third, the apartments are 100% clean, there is everything a person needs for a vacation. Fourth, the apartments are in a very picturesque location and by the way everything is very close to shops, beaches, restaurants, clubs. Aleksandra always helped us with what we needed, she is a great person. We will be back !

Alles bestens und gut beschrieben. Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Gastgeberin gibt hilfreiche Tipps und sorgt sich um das Wohl der Gäste wenn man das möchte.

Eravamo 4 amiche e ci siamo trovate benissimo, la casa pulitissima, il balconcino bellissimo, alexandra è super disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare i suoi ospiti. La cucina aveva tutto l'occorrente. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen !! José ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert, antwortet sehr schnell. Als wir den Schlüssel vergessen hatten hat er sich sehr schnell und freundlich gekümmert, vielen lieben Dank an die Mama die extra schnell mit Ersatz kam. Jose ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Bucht ist beschaulich und familiär, nettes Café gutes Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist tip top in Ordnung, gut ausgestattet, modern. Viele Handtücher, sehr gute Matratze und angenehme Bettwäsche. Die Küche hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht und einen großen Tresen um Essen vorzubereiten und an dem man auch schön sitzen kann. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist großartig und die Sonne geht hinter dem Fels unter. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und auch einen regelmäßigen Bus zum Busbahnhof Icod von wo aus man die ganze Insel erreichen und erkunden kann Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!! 👍🥰💯

Très bel appartement, propre et spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes. La place de parking est appréciable tout comme la proximité de l autoroute pour visiter toute l ile. Il y a un supermarché Lidl accessible à pied ou en voiture. Le centre ville de Santa Ursula permet de se restaurer, avec de nombreux restaurants, à 15 minutes à pied de l appartement. Nous recommandons le restaurant Guachinche la Bodegas, un restaurant canarien excellent et abordable.Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances.

El apartamento de Rosi es una maravilla como la anfitriona. El paisaje que tienes en tu en rededor es un sueño. Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento ha sido increíble sin duda alguna volvería. El apartamento perfecto,cuenta con todo lo necesario. Lugar super tranquilo y muy recomendable si buscas alejarte de ruidos de la gran ciudad.

Mieszkanie znajduje się pomiędzy Costa Adeje - Las Americas w samym centrum rozrywki, dyskotek, pubów, restauracji, supermarketów a także plaże: Las Americas oraz Playa de Troya. Wszędzie bardzo blisko. Apartament znajduje się na 3 piętrze - z tarasu widok na wulkan Teide oraz ocean. W kompleksie znajduje się basen (nie podgrzewany) z bardzo czystą wodą. Osiedle jest zamknięte, nikt z zewnątrz nie może wejść (bezpieczeństwo). Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, posiada w pełni wyposażoną kuchnię (nie ma piekarnika), szybki Internet światłowodowy, czajnik, expres do kawy, płyta indukcyjna, mikrofala, lodówka + zamrażalka. W łazience papier toaletowy, pralka. Jedyna uwaga - ze względu na bliską lokalizację dyskotek wieczorami i w nocy jest głośno (warto zaopatrzyć się w zatyczki do uszu). Stosując zatyczki do uszu, można się dobrze wyspać. Gospodarz miły i pomocny.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Außerdem ist sie makellos sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend: in einem typischen kanarischen Fischerdorf mit Supermärkten, Bars und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie befindet sich im Zentrum der Insel, sodass man mit dem Auto alles in maximal 30 Minuten erreicht. Wir haben die Ruhe des Ortes sehr genossen, ebenso wie die frische Meeresbrise und die Morgensonne jeden Tag – mit einem wirklich atemberaubenden Ausblick. Der Gastgeber war stets aufmerksam, antwortete sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten und organisierte alles hervorragend. Darüber hinaus gab er uns viele Empfehlungen, was man unternehmen und wohin man gehen kann. Seine Eltern, die uns die Schlüssel übergaben, waren äußerst freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und gaben uns das Gefühl, zur Familie zu gehören. Kira gesagt: 10 von 10! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und lädt zu tollen Abenden mit Sonnenuntergang ein. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Da es auf einem Berg liegt, würde ich einen Mietwagen empfehlen (Parkplätze sind sehr eng, also lieber ein kleiner Wagen). Generell empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen auf Teneriffa. Wir waren zu dritt (zu viert würde es meiner Meinung nach etwas zu eng werden, außer es sind Kinder) Alles in allem sehr zufrieden, vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Wetter nicht so optimal so dass wir den schönen Pool nur wenig nutzen konnten. Die beiden Terrassen waren prima- wir konnten so je nach sonnenstand uns einrichten. Wir kennen uns in der Gegend gut aus und haben sehr viel unternommen. Prima war die Tiefgarage da es in Puerto äußerst schwierig ist einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir würden in diese Wohnung gerne wieder kommen.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Short walk to the beach and the apartment is situated in a well kept hotel with great amenities. Diego and co host Rosa are proactively attentive to the needs of guests and ensuring they have a great stay. Transport links and taxis are within a minute walk of leaving the apartment, as well as all of the restaurants and shops you need if you want to stay local and if not it’s only a 7 minute walk to Las Americas. The airport is only a 15 minute drive away and the hotel is happy to call/book a taxi for you. I was so pleased with the hosts communication, the apartment and my stay, I wish I booked longer. The apartment is definitely more value for your money and I would aim to stay there again, if when I return to Tenerife. My only downside was I had an early flight so arrived a lot earlier than the check-in, however, the host said they would have accommodated my early check-in request if the room had not been occupied the day I was arriving.

Communication was great throughout. Emanuela arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and was waiting when we arrived. Place is at the bottom of the complex so no steep hill and has a number of restaurants and bars within 2 minutes walk. Perfect location for us and we loved our stay!
