Sin duda repetiríamos. Yurena ha sido muy amable y atenta en todo momento. La comunicación con ella ha sido muy fácil y rápida. El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las fotos y hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa es amplia y nos ha venido muy bien tener plaza de aparcamiento para dos coches (uno en interior y otro exterior). Como punto de mejora, vendrían bien más cucharas pequeñas y vasos. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

Very spacious, lush garden, autentic. Like an oasis. Recommended to everyone who wants a quiet morning coffee with ocean view and a magical garden with outside grill.

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

This was one special stay! This cave is a sacred and cozy spot full of an amazing energy. The place more spatious than it seemed in the pictures and super comfortable with everything you need inside. It didn’t take long for us to feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and detail-oriented, providing us in the cave with all things you may need to make you feel right at home. You definitely need a car to move around as there is nothing really within walking distance. But we love the quietness and remoteness of this space. It has a beautiful terace where we chilled and made a grill, and also a terace on top of the cave where you have an amazing view of the region and the ocean. We spent two weeks there and this cave made our stay 10 times more special! Thank you so much 💚

Дуже приємне, затишне місце в самому місті, але водночас тихо. Знайти було легко. У будинку чисто й охайно, інтер’єр — гармонійне поєднання старих і нових меблів в атмосферному іспанському стилі. Є всі зручності: чистий новий посуд, якісна постіль, усе доглянуте й приємне. Особливо сподобалась тераса з гарним видом — ідеальне місце для відпочинку. До пляжу зовсім близько. Паркування безкоштовне, місце шукати непросто, але нам завжди вдавалося знайти. Є нюанс — одна з кімнат прохідна, що трохи незручно, але для короткого відпочинку це не проблема. Хазяйка — дуже приємна, завжди на зв’язку, допомогла з усім, що потрібно. Окреме дякую за можливість виїхати пізніше — це було дуже зручно. Загалом ми залишилися дуже задоволені відпочинком і щиро дякуємо за гостинність!

Jose's stay was very special. The house is off the beaten track, it is worth remembering about the car when you arrive. On the roof you can enjoy beautiful views and eat meals. Communication with Jose 10/10. We recommend!!! :)

Fijne ruime woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Ruim en brandschoon zwembad wat we helemaal voor ons zelf hadden. In de omgeving zit een mooi park en uitzichtpunt. Supermarkt vlakbij. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan het noorden en midden van Tenerife.

Tuvimos el problema de que se nos retraso el avión y llegamos muy tarde pero Rossy nos espero sin problemas. Estuvo siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad. El apartamento 100% recomendable, al lado de la piscina de la urbanización, en una zona tranquila y el alojamiento cumple de sobra con todas las necesidades básicas. Volveremos!

Lovely accommodation in a great location. So quiet but everything is easy to get to. We didn’t hire a car but could walk everywhere we needed and there is a bus stop at the end of the road that runs late into the evening. There are some amazing restaurants near by that serve great food - we tried them all. Daria’s was worth a special mention. We had breakfast there on several days and had bread and pastries most days. Hugo and Anda were very communicative and easy to contact. Only thing to note that was an issue for us is the hot water does not last very long so we had to be more organised when getting ready and allow half an hour between using the shower. Would happily return to this lovely apartment!

Todo perfecto! 100% recomendable. La descripción coincide perfectamente con lo descrito. Muy bonito, muy limpio y buenas vistas. La anfitriona muy atenta, se puso en contacto con nosotros para facilitarnos la llegada y darnos las instrucciones precisas, además nos recomendó lugares de la zona y estuvo pendiente durante toda la estancia. Prachtig groot huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad en van de bananen in de tuin. De binnenruimte boven met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers is heerlijk ruim. De woonruimte binnen is goed, het terras is heerlijk en de keuken is overcompleet. Al met al een ideaal huis voor een week ontspannen. De locatie van het huis is was afgelegen, maar daar krijgt je rust voor terug. Supermarkten en/of eetgelegenheden zijn binnen 10 minuten aan te rijden, dus dat is zeker prima te doen. Ik raad het huis iedereen aan!.

Juan was a super friendly and helpful host, and gave very clear instructions for our check in. The villa was beautiful, with all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. The pool was very clean and the villa was an excellent location for a private stay while walkable to restaurants and the nearby fishing town of La Caleta. Thank you Juan! Would definitely stay here again.

Een droomverblijf in Tenerife! Ons verblijf was gewoonweg fantastisch! Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelden we ons enorm welkom dankzij de super vriendelijke ontvangst. Het appartement is prachtig, zeer netjes en uitgerust met echt alle benodigdheden die je maar kan wensen. Het uitzicht is adembenemend – elke ochtend wakker worden met zo’n panorama was een droom. En als kers op de taart: het allerliefste hondje dat daar woont 🥰 We hebben ons hier helemaal thuis gevoeld en zouden dit verblijf aan iedereen aanraden.🤩

Great accommodation, fabulous location and stunning views. This rural area is very quiet and with no light pollution clear night skies are just magical. Mostly the temperature this high up is lower than the coast but not always. The coast, which you can see from the terrace, is 20 minutes away by car. The house is modern and attention has been paid to the things that matter. A perfect base for us. The journey up from Arafo is steep for many kms and roads are narrow but often one-way. You do need google maps though – our rental car did not have a sat nav. We found the house in the dark and pouring rain. Juan was very helpful and responded very quickly. Without him we would have had real difficulties with replacing our car which had a puncture and no repair kit or locking nuts on board. Car rental company Record Go (via Opodo) was worse than useless. For organic fruit & veg: La Albahaca in Arafo and La Tajea in Mercado de Santa Cruz. For eggs: Juan’s hens! We will revisit. Loved it.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Jazmina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, die Küche super ausgestattet und alle Räume in einem top Zustand. Besonders der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist unfassbar schön. Die Wohnung liegt in den Bergen und es ist etwas kälter als unten am Meer. Es gibt aber Decken und Heizungen, sodass wir nicht gefroren haben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Great location and comfortable home. The house is well equipped. Being used to a kingsize bed at home the somewhat smaller size bed took a couple nights to get used to, but no show-stoppers there. Thanks to the nice Canary weather we could always have breakfast on the terrace. While it doesn’t have much of a view, it’s spatious, comfortable and completely windfree. We never used the kitchen table. Not a problem for us, but if you have reduced mobility you need to be aware that there are a few stairs to get from street level into the house itself. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and close to the beach. Unfortunately the back entrance if the compound closest to the house was not open, but the other back entrance wasn’t much further.

Nice cottage in a renovated farm with a very pleasant garden with views on the surrounding hills. Only 20 min drive to the Anaga park with rugged hills and wonderful, but strenuous hiking paths in lush greenery with great views. The ocean is also close, great for watching the waves crash on the rocks. Severall small and big towns around with local feel, not really touristy. Pleasant spaces in the cottage, one room with double bed and one with twins, plus common room with dining set and sofa's, separate kitchen. Covered verandah and lots of spots to sit in sun or shade in the garden and around the pool. The pool was covered in this season to keep the water warm (about 23C), available for swimming. Wifi in the common area next to the pool available for all cottages. A panaderia at walking distance for breakfast supplies and so. We wil definitely consider to return as we both liked the cottage and the walking and scenery on the island.

Nous avons vraiment aimé ce séjour dans le logement d Alejandro. Vue magnifique et appartement calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et la proximité de la petite ville est appréciable. De belles balades aux alentours et sur la côte.

Logement parfait ! Beaucoup plus grand que ce que nous pensions. Le jacuzzi et la terrasse sont parfaite 🤩 Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Jose est très sympathique. Encore merci !

Hébergement troglodytique original et agréable. Très calme avec une terrasse devant la grotte bien abritée du vent et au soleil. On est en pleine campagne avec une vue exceptionnelle, depuis la terrasse, sur le barranco et plus loin, sur la mer. La grotte principale a une chambre, une salle de bains et la cuisine/salle à manger, un peu plus loin, l'autre grotte dispose d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, nous avons eu un petit souci avec l'électricité, ils sont intervenus très rapidement pour nous dépanner. On reviendra.

Me encantó la estadía, todo estaba limpio, ordenado, las fotos son exactamente lo que encontramos, fácil acceso, la casa es bastante grande y espaciosa, usamos la parrilla y nos encantó, mi familia quedó muy a gusto, el anfitrión es bastante amable, es fácil de llegar, cerca tiene el siam park, está en zona residencial por lo cual espaciosa muy tranquilo, tiene fácil aparcamiento! Éramos dos coches y siempre conseguíamos parking frente la casa, zona blanca por si alguno está acostumbrado a pagar por zona verde o azul, es gratis y con bastante espacio, tiene cerca un parque muy lindo para ir a pasar el rato con los peques si lo prefieren pero la isla es tan maravillosa que no hará falta, en fin, seguramente volveremos a esa casa, 100% recomendado
