Bring your bikes! This is the best trail in the U.S. of A. Seriously, it's amazing and you will love it. If you're not into biking, it's a great place to go for a run.

The W&OD is a 45 mile paved surface trail that once was the Washington and Old Dominion train track. This trail is great for biking, running and walking.

The W&OD Trail starts here and follows Rt. 7 (roughly) along the map as far as Leesburg - great for biking, skating, jogging.
