Besides the usual food and groceries, it actually has a hotel beside it with a few good bars, and a nice small outdoor area to sit at night overlooking a Burmese Buddhist Temple

This nicely manicured "mall in the park" offers a drinking hole situated beside an open field that's ideal for people-watch and dog-run activities. Many restaurants from Mediterranean to Chinese to Western cuisines can be found here. Also includes a big supermarket and money changer.

Nice walk to the less crowded park. Nice neighbourhood with many hip up and coming bars.
