Fun Peruvian place with great cocktails right on the river.

Peruvian food. We eat lunch here all the time, great patio (can get windy on hot summer days) on the river. The best Petaluma cocktail in town (tequila, mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice, sparkling water and chipotle salt). We always eat and highly recommend the hot octopus app, the ceviche and the paella.
