Beautiful state park beach with amazing views and boardwalk. This park is a must for nature photographers. Pending the time of the year you're likely to see sea turtles. The boardwalk opens up to an amazing (and typically quiet) stretch of beach.
The walkway is long but it has a great parking area and goes through the sand dunes. The beach here is beautiful and I have never seen it crowded. There is a small fee to use this beach and parking area.
This is a beautiful state park only a mile from our location. The water and the beach are breathtaking. The walk from the parking area is long, so be prepared. But so worth it.
The is a great and close spot for Beach Access. You have a short walk through the trees before it opens up to a boardwalk across the dunes and into the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast.

“Located in the Watersound neighborhood, The Hub has an outdoor stage and movies with a food court style eatery option. Great place for kiddos to run around and adults to relax. Free events are always happening during the Spring and Summer season. Check their social media pages for current events.”

“This is a wonderful local coffee roaster with a retail shop in Rosemary Square. Pick up a cup to go and bring a bag of beans home to remember the beach.”

“Cowgirl is one of our favorite "go tos" for breakfast or lunch. They serve a delish bloody mary! The grouper sandwich, cowgirl quesadilla and Turkey BLT with Avocado are our favorites. Across the street you can visit their "Feed + Supply" for provisions and gifts (don't leave the beach without a CK hat!).”
