Don’t let the industrial location fool you? They have a 5pm snack hour with an exposition kitchen that is very cool if you can get a rare seat at the counter/prep area. Mature palate party, oh and we had a few unique beer choices.

THIS is our favorite treat yourself spot! Reservation only and a locals best kept secret. Roux30A is a fine dining communal farm to table experience. A 6 course tasting menu prepared in front of you and presented by the chef. A truly unique experience and added wine pairing option is amazing! Make sure to reserve ahead of time.

Roux 30A is a specialty dining experience in Grayton Beach. Reservations are required for the Friday & Saturday Night Dinner Club service and Around the World Dinners. Make reservations through OpenTable. If your stay overlaps one of these dinners this is a must do! Follow their Facebook page for upcoming dinners. Personal note: My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner here and we usually never miss one of Chef Nikhil's ATW Dinners.
