The museum is located to the left of the terminal entrance at the airport. it is quite a small museum with just two members of staff when I visited. The museum exhibits cover WW1, WW2 and the history of Stampe. Most of the aircraft on display are WW1 replica aircraft in the main hall, a few Stampe bi-planes and the Magister jet trainer. There is also a diorama of a downed V1 bomb and a lot of uniforms on display. Unfortunately the large number of Stampes and the T6 Harvard are in a hangar which you cannot enter and only view from a raised balcony window. The displays are interesting, particularly the large number of models on display and the WW2 history located upstairs. Impressive !!
