take a left out of the flat and walk up the hill towards the corcovado to reach this incredible spot to see the city in all it's glory! much better than the overcrowded corcovado tour

Dona Marta is a pacified Favela (nowadays most commonly referred to as "community") in Botafogo. At its top there is is a helipad and Mirante (observation deck) from which you get great shots of Christ the Redeemer, the beaches, downtown and Sugarloaf mountain.
