Lucki most (Bridg Lucki) is a bridge that crosses the Neretva River, just a few hundred meters south of Old Bridge. If you're trying to really enjoy the view over the Neretva river, than this is the right place for you. When compared to the Old Bridge in the Old Town it's not that crowded, so you may take pictures and enjoy Mostar from this bridge without any problems.
