One the most beautiful spaces in Havana, this park is an example of Catalan modernism. Constructed in 1904, it was a space of leisure for La Tropical brewery. Over the years, time has managed to blur the lines between the natural and the manmade. The great ballroom’s ceiling has fused with the overgrowth, making for a surreal image. On Sundays there’s an antiques fair, which only adds to the vintage aesthetic here.
