We have found this to be the best place to get groceries. Their cashiers are super sweet and friendly, and bonus: they have a big fruit basket near the entrance for kids to take a piece to eat while shopping.

They Sobey's liquor store has a great selection including a variety of craft beer and usually has a selection of wine on display that you can sample for free. The location is convenient if you are already stopping to pick up groceries at Sobey's across the parking lot.

It's only 10 mins to Sylvan for groceries. I like that this is a little store, great produce and you can zip in and out easily.
