If you only go to one bar in Brooklyn, it should be this one. Old, woody, cozy, unpretentious, fun. It'll make you want to move next door and start working on that novel you've always had in you. A great spot for a quiet afternoon drink and conversation, it gets busy later but the crowd is always cool - a welcome oasis from the Smith Street BroZone.

This bar, with its high ceilings and the pool table in the back, just feels good. The perfect blend of style and comfort.
