Great picnic area, park for kids, small beach, sand volleyball courts and a great view of the canal and lift bridge. Walk the canal, have a picnic, or let the kids get their energy out.

A fun, must-stop for kids, Chutes and Ladders keeps getting better every year with improvements from the City of Houghton. Check for free concerts on certain summer evenings.

Waterfront playground that offers fun for all ages! The wooden play structure is comprised of stairs and ladders, slides and chutes, surrounded by other playground equipment, a covered picnic area, an amphitheater, and a sandy beach.
