Surrounded by forest, The King Oak has masses of outdoor space, great food, is dog friendly and allows take away drinks for a walk in the High Beech stretch of Epping Forest.

Nice pub if you’re in the forest. Lovely in the sun. Good fish stall and sandwich bar next door.
