Maggie's pottery has gained an enthusiastic audience at galleries state-wide and at juried craft and music festivals. For the last ten years she has also been teaching in the same program where she developed her skills, the ASU Craft Enrichment program. Her shop is only a few minutes away toward Boone! Note of interest: She was Michael Jackson's cook at Neverland! Open Wednesdays - Saturdays from 10:00a-5:00p and Sundays from 1:00p-5:00p. Closed on Mondays & Tuesdays.”

“Located in downtown Boone, their climbing tower is the starting point of their 2 1/2-hour climbing course called "Tower to Rock" where students will learn about equipment, belaying, footwork, knots and much more. The course ends with a short hike to the base of a "real rock" where you'll climb and rappel:) They also offer climbing camps for kids in the summer!”
