There isn't much competition when it comes to the Toronto vintage scene and rents are sky high, (hence the clothing prices), but at Shoney's; you can still get a pair of pants for $8, belts for $3, and jackets for under $20. My go-to for second-hand clothing! Lovely owner as well. LOOOVE Shoney's!
